We were blessed today despite the fact that our washer died mid cycle with a tub full of water. It was a terrible time to lose it, as we had two pressing medical issues going on and badly needed to wash items. Rick had the washer I have always wanted in stock and granted our big ask by delivering it the same day! Even better, within two hours the washer was delivered and installed, and I was back washing that important load. Rix appliance gets a five star rating from us!

Refrigerator/freezer stopped working and I needed an immediate replacement. After shopping at Home Depot and Lowe's, I found went to Rix. Unable to find a scratched or dented one (it was for my garage), I was given a fair price on one that was in stock. It was delivered that afternoon by the nicest delivery people) who put it in place, took the old Refrigerator away, and did it all in about 15 minutes. I will definitely shop with Rix again.

They are the best! They ordered my appliances, delivered and installed them as soon as they received them. Their prices were so much better than anywhere in the area. So friendly and communicated so well throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to everyone!

This place would absolutely get a five-star rating if I could the only thing that holds back is just a stay so busy the customer service is not there but it's not their fault they're just busy because they treat you right on the price they back their product and they've been around for a long time but it's still much better than Lowe's or Home Depot I guarantee you I've been buying from this place for years my appliances in my house come from here and we've been very pleased. So let's summarize it.... 1. Are you looking for a good appliances that last? 2. Are you looking for a company that stands behind their product? 3. Are you looking for the best price you can find much much better than? I couldn't go anywhere else because it would cost me money... How important is your money to you?

Not ever going back in this store due to a very horrible experience 5 years prior. Sure 1 customer isn't going to make or break this business. I highly doubt Bubba even remembers the incident of having his dad call me a lier, even with the proof of what was charged in my hand. Despite the unfortunate happening, RiX prices can't be beat. He saved my mom over 500 bucks on a GE air fryer convention flat top stove.

Rix Appliance gets 5 stars from me! I just got my dishwasher installed, and it took them only 20 minutes to do what would have taken me two days to figure out. The installer was very thorough and patient in answering all of my questions as well as having great attention to detail in the aesthetics of the appliance. Rix also has the best prices on appliances and installation in the entire area.

If you want it , they've got or will get it quicker than Lowe's or Home Depot. Not to mention you'll get it sooner ! Delivery was somewhat difficult to get set up , but they brought hoses cords and everything needed for installation Chase set up my freezer , washer and dryer and ran the washer and dryer through a cycle to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Strongly recommend RIX.

We purchased a GE refrigerator toward the end of May. Due to Covid & the shutting down of factories, the refrigerator is still not in. Bubba has been great to work with and keeps me up to date on the continuing delays. Rick has even promised to upgrade my purchase due to all the trouble (not their fault). Still looking forward to the arrival of our new refrigerator & installation. Thanks! Update: received the refrigerator & love it!! Professionals all around!!

I've been dealing with the owner, Rick, for nearly 25 years. About everything in my home has come from Rix TV and Appliance. He runs s reputable business and offers some of the best prices around. If you're looking for a TV or appliance be sure to check with Rick before you buy. They do their own deliveries and installs. They will also tote your old appliances away. You will receive that small business attention and service that big box stores simply don't offer.

Bought a dishwasher from Bubba at a great price. Will be coming back for more appliances. I will definitely recommend Rix to my friends. Excellent customer service!! Updates for 6/15/2019 and 7/12/2019 I don't know how anyone would buy appliances elsewhere. So far I bought a freezer, dishwasher, and a stove. Each on separate occasions. Saved at least $200 on each compared to the same models at Lowe's and Home Depot. Rick and Bubba are tremendous customer service people! I referred friends to Rix and they received the same excellent customer service.

I purchased a Maytag washing machine about 3 years ago. The washing machine has a “ ten year warranty “ stamped on top of it. The transmission went out, so I called Maytag. The warranty only covered the motor and drum. I highly recommend not to purchase a Maytag. Rix did call me to try and make this right. But, I’ve decided to buy a different brand. I appreciate what they did, so Rix Audio receives a 5 star.

I have been using these guys for over 15 years. It's a great family owned business who takes care of their customers. They have always had better prices than home Depot, Lowes, and best buy. Their service after the sale is second time none. while in the store I overheard them on the phone with Frigidaire. a customer's refrigerator broke less than a month out of service. FRIGIDAIRE Refused to fix it or do anything about it. Rix took it upon themselves to take care of the customer and solve the problem at a financial loss to the business not the customer

Rix has great appliances and is very knowledgeable about all of them. They have more items in stock than on the floor. They have great prices and beat Home Depot and Lowe's. If you aren't sure what you want just go there and they can help. I recommend this place over all others. Their delivery charge is cheaper than other also.

After Lowe's completely botched our order, these guys came through. The showroom is nothing special but who cares when you get customer service like they provide. I find it puzzling how our local Lowe's and Home Depot can remain open with the incompetence they consistently demonstrate. Go see the guys at Rix if you need a new refrigerator or appliance. Nothing but praise for Rix.

Needed a new washer/dryer. Went online first, then went to several "big box" shops. Stopped in at Rix on the way home not expecting anything different. Wow, what a surprise. Bubba was very nice, honest about some of the features (steam) we weren't sure about and gave us a better deal than anyone else. I don't think a customer can ask for more than that.

Rix looks like a pawn shop... don't let that put you off. The guy knows his stuff. I was steered to a great TV at a fair price by an expert who wasn't simply pulling a check from a big box, but is an avid fan of the products he sells. I'd go back over best buy or target, for sure.

We've been buying appliances and entertainment equipment from Rix for years. We have always found them to be friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. The customer service is second to none. A few weeks ago, Bubba came by to set up a router we had purchased from Rix. He was professional and courteous as always even with our 9 month old twins getting in his way as they "tried to help" and our three year old asking question after question. Even though it was late Bubba made sure everything was right and we were comfortable using our new Internet options on our TV. We trust the guys at Rix and know when we ask them for opinions on different products they are going to be honest. You can't find that just anywhere especially the big chains. These guys are crazy busy. I'm starting to see why now. We had a problem with a new, high end freezer. It took a while, but they worked with the manufacturer and got them to replace it. From what it sounds like, he really had to push his vendor really hard. He got it done for me and I really appreciate their help.

They bend over backwards to give the BEST SERVICE, BEST PRICE, AND BEST CHOICES on everything I am looking for. If something is wrong with an appliance that came from the manufacturer, they will make it right. Can't get that kind of service from the BIG BOX stores.
