When my fridge went out less than 2 months after purchase, I called One Choice Appliance because they were listed as an authorized repair shop. The experience with Whirlpool had been horrible but from the first minute I called One Choice, I finally felt like someone was trying the help me! I was impressed with the customer service off the bat! I explained my situation and Ms. Anne got the ball rolling even though Whirlpool was dragging their feet. She validated they had the part needed and called me every single time she said she would. I never had to contact them, except the first time, all other communication was proactive! The gentleman that fixed my fridge was professional and FAST. He was so patient answering all my questions and had the fridge going in no time. I can not say enough good things about this business or recommend them any higher. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We had a very good experience with One Choice Appliance! They came when they were scheduled to come, even adjusting their schedule to accommodate our needs. Marcus was very professional, being very careful of our flooring, etc. and making certain that the repairs he made were done correctly. Called to make an appointment on Monday(first time customer) and they said they could get to me on Wednesday. They also went over the pricing with me at the time of scheduling, which I loved. They ended up getting to us a day sooner than scheduled which was awesome. They found the problem with our dryer very quickly and it was an affordable fix! While they were at my house they also quickly fixed a minor issue with our refrigerator water dispenser. Our home warranty company sent another repair service at first that was absolutely horrible and finally sent us to One Choice. One Choice came out quickly and knew exactly what the problem was when we described our issues with our fridge. Some parts had to be ordered but we once again got our service quickly and efficiently when they came in. Both of their service technicians were so professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix our issues and we so appreciated that after the other company was so awful. I had been dealing with Lowes Extended Protection Plan for 20 days trying to get someone out to my house regarding my Frigidaire side by side freezer leaking! They finally reached out to One Choice Appliance and Mr. Terry came out and knew right away what the problem was! My drain was stopped up (I didn't know there was one lol). He had to take everything out of the freezer, and remove panels in the back of the freezer, and I believe in the back of the unit as well. He kept handing out HUGE pieces of solid ice that ended up filling the sink up! Mr. Terry was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have never left a review anywhere for anything before, however I felt so compelled to leave a review for this company because I am so pleased with their service and professionalism. I found them online 7 months ago when my washing machine wouldn’t drain the water, just days before I was due to have my son, and they were able to quickly fix the issue on short notice. I was so thankful! Then most recently, my dryer wasn’t drying the clothes and I remembered how pleased I was with them in the past so I called them back and once again they completely fixed the issue! Our technician Terry was extremely polite and professional, on the first visit to troubleshoot my washer issue they did not have the lid lock on the vehicle with them, however I was a squeezed in service call and seeing as I am in the service repair industry myself I know it is near impossible to keep every part for every manufacturer in stock let alone on the service trucks. BLUF: Sad, loud washer is now a happy washer. I definitely recommend this company for your home appliance repair needs. Support your local businesses! Very easy to call and schedule an appointment. Only issue I have, is I had to call them to check to see if the parts had come in for a warranty issue I had have come in. The parts had come in a few days earlier and no one had called me to set up a time to come do the repairs. When we had scheduled a time for the person to come for the repair, he had called in sick that day. Not that it was a big deal. I understand things happen and people do get sick. This was a referral from our home warranty group. The incident happened during a three day weekend. The HW group notified us that we would get a call within 24 hours, but 3 days later when they sent an “update us” email, we had not received a call. While I assume that part of the problem was that it was a 3 day weekend, the HW group and OneChoice may want to work on coordination a bit to allow more realistic expectation. Soon after the email was sent we got a call from One Choice. At the time the earliest they could schedule us was a week out, so 10 days without a microwave oven. Mr. Terry and Mr. Ken came out to the house, had the issue diagnosed, and fortunately had the part on site to fix the issue. Both gentlemen were personable and engaged through the whole process.

One Choice is in the process of fixing a washing machine that was discontinued under a Lowe's extended warranty. The washer is not very accessible and these guys have probably moved it ten times to attempt to fix it-they have gone through hell on this one! Regardless of the outcome, the effort is evident-they have been to my house twice just today, and four times overall. They are also Falcons fans which is a plus. They've got a schedule that keeps them slammed and that may delay things a bit, but they really work hard through a problem.
