We just purchased a new washer and dryer from here. Making the purchase went very smoothly and we get a better price here than we could anywhere else in town. The more impressive thing was the delivery and set up. The two men who brought the machines were very cordial, and we’re in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes. They were extremely careful removing the old machines and installing the new. There is not a scratch on a wall anywhere because they were so careful.

I placed an order with a local appliance store in Durango, CO. 10/28/21. We were told 7/13/22 that our wall oven has been discontinued. What a shock since we ordered a specific color. After hanging up with my local guy, I typed in the model number and Mazer Appliance popped up. I was thankful that they had several in their warehouse. To be sure it was really there I called and spoke with a very helpful salesman - JV. He guided me through the on-line purchase, which was very easy, and educated me about the shipping options. We picked up our unit Yesterday! WOW! That was fast. It was on a pallet strapped down with a large green cone on top. It had no dents or punctures on it. The ESTES shipping folks used care when moving it and loaded the pallet in our truck. Thank you JV!

Searched everywhere for a 27 inch combo wall oven/microwave. None available. "National backorder". Then I lucked into Mazer's. They had a GE unit at a great price. Had it shipped to VA and delivery was super easy and timely. I can't recommend Mazer's highly enough

I want to thank sales associate RODNEY for his expertise. He is assisting me in finding white appliances for a condo. I am not in any hurry which will give him time to help me even better. I described what my ideas and he was able to tell me exactly what will work in the limited space. Big box inventory without the elevated prices!!! MAZER APPLIANCE -- highly recommended!!!

I needed a downdraft vent for my kitchen as my old one broke and it is no longer manufactured. Couldn’t find a vent with a blower for less than 750 dollars anywhere. Some appliance stores quoted up to 1200 dollars for an install. Then I found one for 499 at Mazer. Got a tech to install it for 200 so I ended up saving a lot of money. The store looks more like a warehouse at a run down part of the city but their collection and prices are great.

Very nice. Sales lady extremely kind & sweet. I got a very good deal on my dishwasher. A reasonable price courtesy service. I used to shop Mazers' went I built homes. I don't build homes anymore so it had been awhile. Howevery their deals are the BEST.

My first visit. A nice gentleman escorted me thru the store and explained the process about the scratch and dent. I was able to purchase a refrigerator. It will be delivered and hooked up. The old one will be hailed away. Customer service was great. I am currently waiting on the delivery and if that goes smooth, I hope to up the raying to 5 star.

I have bought several appliances at mazer's and have been pleased. The reason for this trip I bought a microwave/ convection oven a couple of weeks ago and it went out. I called them they said bring it back ..I got a full refund and picked out another one. My experience with mazer's could not be better. I highly recommend them for all your Appliance needs

Mazers has nice stuff at good prices. Although i would recommend buying from here, I warn DO NOT use the UOWN lease option (total rip off) some Spanish speaking people from Florida, sound like they are operating out of the living room… they mishandled my payments in breech of my contract and charged all kind of fees! Secondly, I DO NO recommend the delivery service… one guy came in and washed his hands & face in my kitchen sink without asking, then for some strange reason pulled off my door sensor to my alarm…. I immediately reported it to Mazers and they contacted their manager who did absolutely nothing…. i ended up locating the guys myself and gave them a piece of my mind, and one of them cracked and told me where to find the sensor! People are crazy! Stay aware & be safe!

If you see an item on line -. buy it. We were too late and had to settle for our second choice. But the fridge was still a great deal. Much, much less than HD, Best B or L's. Also faster delivery !

Mazer is awesome. They have scratch and dent appliances. Most of them you can't even tell where it's messed up. I've bought a refrigerator and a microwave from them. They have a super friendly and helpful staff. They bring your stuff out and load it for you. Definitely check them out before you buy your next appliance.

I have tried to place an order from Mazer Appliance for over 2days. The number provided did not work on the 1st day. And my order would not go through because the website was totally not receiving the orders. I’m not so sure that this website is legit. On the 2nd day, I noticed an email saying to finish placing my unfinished order. I tried once again and kept getting an message saying to put my phone number in, but it’s already in and there’s no place to put my phone number in again. Ordered a Scratch and Dent LG Top of the line Refrigerator. It was shipped to me from Birmingham to Brevard, NC the next day and arrived locally at the terminal the next morning. The shipping cost was only $125.00. Purchased a great Five Year warranty for $299.00. The refrigerator arrived as represented with a couple of minor dents in the door that can easily be covered with refrigerator door magnets. Saved $2,000.00 verses purchasing at Best Buy or Lowes. Very happy with the service and professionalism of the Mazer team.

Mazer was great, but be wary if you are ordering from somewhere far from them. The delivery company they used for me, Estes, was terrible and lost my fridge for a week. Mazer was great and refunded some of my shipping because of the inconvenience, and I love the fridge now that it is here.

Mazer's has been my go-to for appliances for years. I was very disappointed when they closed a few years back and I'm delighted to see they are back. This is the GE scratch and dent sales outlet and I have found the prices are greatl. This is the very first place I check when I need to purchase an appliance. There are a lot of appliances to choose from in this place. Unfortunately most of them are damaged. I guess I should expect that since it's a scratch and dent store. However I'm searching for a refrigerator that's going to be front and center in my kitchen so I really don't want the dent in the front of my refrigerator.
