We have/had a Bosch dishwasher that had a sanitize feature that would automatically shut down if water got below 160 degrees mid cycle. We have had this issue off and on ever since we have bought it in 2019. We even bought a new hot water heater not long after because it was happening a few months after buying it. Anyway, after a few days of constant shut downs and not being able to run a complete cycle we called Cullman Appliance Repair. Person who came to work on dishwasher came toward the end of the work day and didn't seem to want to remove the dishwasher to be able to get inside and work on it and didnt seem to know how to do so. He told us that just from looking at it the control panel was likely bad and that the expense of replacing it $399.00 it probably wasn't worth keeping. We have only had this dishwasher 3 years. However, he didn't test the water temperature to see if that might have been the problem. Anyway, we were charged $90.00 just for him coming out and he actually didn't do anything. Apparently, our hot water problem improved and our dishwasher started working again. This is immediately after we went out and bought a new one. I will say that Bosch dishwashers are a pain to own and I will never own another one. I have had great luck with this business in the past but the person you sent out just seemed to want to get their money and go home.

My kitchenaid side by side refrigerator kept leaking water underneath and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from so I called Cullman Appliance Repair and they sent someone out the same day to look at it. Their repairman Terry actually called and offered to come 30 minutes early which worked out well for me. He was very professional and found the problem (clogged drain line) after about 15 minutes. He unclogged and cleaned it out with a steamer in no time. He was respectful of our 70 year old wood floor and used vinyl strips to roll the fridge onto and placed a foam pad down in front of the fridge. I was very pleased with the service overall

Shame on me for not checking u tube before contacting this business. Technician checked and said it looked Good the only problem was the water inlet valve was leaking which I knew and told them the other problem was a front leak from the freezer After the tech left, I remove the back cover and found the p trap had trash in it which I had researched on u tube and cleaned out Went to Amazon and ordered a new water inlet valve and will replace myself

Originally had a diagnosis visit for an older Whirlpool electric wall oven and found out key electronic parts were no longer available. Purchased a direct replacement unit from Bob Wallace and had it installed by Cullman Appliance Repair. Jordan and Will did a great job with installation and it only took a little over an hour. Christy (sp?) in the office was very pleasant, courteous, and informative and all communications through messaging and email were clear and timely. The refrigerator compressor was shot it was involved in a lawsuit and they took care of the replacement with the company that had to replace it due to the lawsuit. So the guy we've always used doesn't work on appliances anymore and I was stuck guessing on an appliance company. I found one but was still having issues with my freezer even after another company added freon to it. Another line started freezing up underneath the freezer and was causing water to collect underneath it and run out into the front of it. I really wasn't getting anywhere with the original company so I decided to give Cullman Appliance Repair a call. A technician actually showed up sooner than planned (his schedule free'd up) and we discussed and looked at everything that had happened. We both agreed that we thought the system had been overcharged. The repair was going to take more time than he had after "fitting me into his schedule" so we rescheduled for a later time. He showed up, fixed the freezer, and after over a month later it is still running like it did when it was new. Terry was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous when he showed up. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Unfortunately, the Bosch dishwasher computer board was the problem and it wasn't an obvious problem but the servicemen worked til they knew for sure that's what it was. Fantastic service. Love the text messages with the name of the technician and letting the customer know when they are enroute to your home. Jordan was thorough, competent and personable. Much like when you take your car to the mechanic, my oven did not present with the issues I had been experiencing and there were no error codes in the thorough diagnostic testing Jordan performed. He said it was an $85 service charge and would likely be $150 to repair assuming it was just a clogged drain line. That was a cheaper alternative to buying a new washer.
