My mother drove all the way across town just to see Stephanie. After a delivery issue with the Lakeshore location(which is closer to her house) this location was able to make it right. Stephanie was quick, transparent, pleasant and handled her business. She followed up after the sale and she will always get our business. Went in inquiring about a refrigerator. Mr Picket took the time to help me. He was not on a hurry he focused on me and what was best for me. After finding out that I was approved he went to the next step while I was running errands. When I got back to the store everything was ready for me to sign. My experience with Conn's in Roebuck was quite delightful. The managers and other staff members had very pleasant attitudes both times I went in to this location. I went inside unsure and frustrated because my refrigerator at home suddenly stopped working.. As I entered the store I was kindly greeted by a salesman...(Marquis) . As I showed him the various refrigerators I was interested in ,he went over and beyond to make it happen for me.. This included the store manager making a phone call to make sure I could get what I wanted.. After a while I realized I wasn’t frustrated anymore and I was signing off on my Paperwork , smiling and excited, because I will have the refrigerator that I wanted by tomorrow!!!!! Not to mention it’s a huge upgrade from the one I had!!!! Thanks for the excellent service!!

They are there for people who are in a pinch and need a major appliance today or same day or for those with bad credit/ no credit. They are better than Aaron’s and other rent to own stores as they have up to date electronics etc. Example they have the new macbooks you aren’t going to be paying high dollar for a 3-4 year old model so that is good. Prices are marked up but again if everyone else has turned you down they will most likely approve you.
