Reviews of Sundberg America - Appliance and HVAC Parts
Went in with some questions about my leaky washer. Josh went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me even taking me in the back and showing me weekday I needed and what I needed to do. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
Our dryer blew fuse today and Rena was able to help me identify the part and made sure to get it shipped out to me today via FedEx. Thank you for the fantastic service Rena you rock!
Pleasant, knowledgeable staff; great service; more than reasonable pricing. I had my part by Fed-Ex the next business day.
Shop Local First, keep America working!
Excellent customer service! This is the second time they’ve had a part for my washer and dryer even tho it’s pretty old! Thank you guys!
Friendly and Courteous staff. Had my dryer motor on hand - they even threw in some technical ideas on how to replace it! Good service and great parts for service professionals and a do-it-yourself handyman like me!
They likely have what you need, but beware of price. I am assuming all parts are "genuine" replacements, so they carry a much higher price tag. Prices of these genuine parts are only a tad higher than online, so they seem fair prices for in town. I only wish they would carry OEM parts that can be had for a fraction of the price. After all, it is the genuine parts that are conking out in the first place, so my belief is there is not much of a reason to go genuine over OEM. However, I am also guessing OEM can not be used for warranty purposes which is probably why they wouldn't stock them.
For reference, here are costs for a heating element:
Sundberg (genuine): $170
Online (genuine): $140
Online (OEM): $17
That is not a typo; seventeen dollars vs. one hundred seventy dollars.
Needed to get a dryer belt to replace mine that was shredded! Walked in and they had exactly what I needed. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Had the part I needed for dryer and took care of me quick thank you
Great service and same day supply for appliance parts. Excellent location with plenty of parking. Staff is always friendly, helpful and willing to answer your questions.
Super knowledgeable staff, just tell them the make and model of your appliance and you'll get the right part.
Easy to work with. Knowledgeable. Can get most parts easy enough for you, just make sure you have the model number handy.
Excellent helpful crew!
Great group of folks to help me. The ability to get the parts quickly was great!
