Called and left a message and received a call back within a couple of hours. They were able to schedule me the next week, right after a holiday weekend, which was nice. Originally had an afternoon appointment but the tech called during the morning to ask if they could show up earlier due to a cancellation. Tech arrived and diagnosed the bad fuse quickly. He replaced it, tested the function of the dryer afterwards and even confirmed airflow to the outside was strong. Very solid work and professional through out. The downside? It was a $195 to replace a fuse. To be fair, they had a multimeter and the fuse, and I did not, so that's why I called them. Unfortunately that's roughly half the cost of the dryer... Still, I would recommend this company and if I'm in a bind like I was this time around, I would gladly pick up the phone and call them.

We found a stove they were selling on Facebook, and we are very impressed! They were very communicative over Facebook, and the price was well worth what we got. They were very informative and helpful when we were picking up the stove. One guy even went above and beyond after our stove was already in our car by giving us a missing part that he had noticed was gone. Highly recommend!!

First of all, they have a person dedicated to answering calls who also has excellent customer service skills. They sent a technician from their team who was knowledgable about the specifics of the brand I needed repaired. Josh was able to diagnose and fix my appliance very efficiently. Two days from call to completion because a replacement part was needed. Excellent and timely service plus customer service! They also now have used appliance sales! Check them out.

Went in looking for a coil top stove, they showed us the couple they had ready, let us know if a few more they were working on and should have out this week. The rep also let us know about possible repair options of our stove. They bought the old side for a fair price and helped load the new-to-new stove. Great prices on both ends matched with great service.

Mitchell Appliance are the Rock Stars of appliance repair! David drove out to Red Lodge to help with a fridge that needed repair, This was the best appliance service I have ever experienced! David had a sense of the problem beforehand, brought the suspected parts, and had me back and running in no time. No second visit required unlike others. Very trustworthy, great communication on arrival time from Marsha in the office, very reasonable rates, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any appliance repair. You'll get 5 star service! Second Review one year later--Mitchell Appliance again saved me hundreds of dollars on my Kenmore Freezer. Helped me diagnose the problem over the phone saved a 130 mile round trip service call. Excellent support and knowledge. I highly recommend them.

Great people who care about the community and each other. Great inventory for ranges,washers,dryers, fridges,freezers, etc. Offer an affordable delivery and installation fee not to mention their in store repair/at home service. Would pick these guys over anyone else in billings by a long shot.

I contacted them because the broiler element on my 10 year old stove was not turning on. Dave said it was the fuse: he tried to order one but they were no longer being made. That evening he checked through his "stash" but couldn't find one. As I was researching new stoves, he checked in with some other old time repairmen in the area, found one and installed it the next day. Works perfectly. Perseverance and a caring attitude!! Wish he was a plumber, too.

My washer wasn't draining. David called me me back on a sunday to speak with me about my problem and said he would be here Monday at 9 am. Sure enough he was here at 9 he fixed my washer (it runs great now) and didn't try to sell me parts I did not need. He could of easily cause my washer is 18 years old. I am extremely impressed with the promt, courteous and honest service. I will be sure to call Mitchell appliance for all my future repairs and recommend you do the same. And my price for the repair was very affordable.

We called Mitchell about a leaking dishwasher and recieved same day service. It turned out the washer motor was shot and would cost more than the value of the aged appliance. Our repairman explained the issue in great detail and then gave us recommendations on dishwasher brands and best places to buy appliances in Billings. I only wish Mitchell sold and or installed appliances. Great service!

Our dryer stopped working on a Saturday and I wasn't sure if I should just buy a new one or if it was worth trying to fix it? After a call with David, he was able to identify the most likely problem over the phone, and said he could stop by Monday morning with the part to fix it. He showed up on time and not only fixed the original problem but spent extra time cleaning out the lint and doing overall maintenance on the dryer. It works perfect now!

My May Tag washer would not drain, and the door was locked. After waiting a week for a washer repairman, I called Mitchell Appliance on a busy Monday and received service the next morning. After taking the washer a part, the problem was found and repaired. The washer works even faster now; and the price was reasonable. I will use Mitchell Appliance again.
