My sales associate Michael Baker was very patient with me, giving me all my options and his knowledge helped me make a great decision for a new Washer. I had to wait 3 weeks for my new appliance due to so many deliveries before me but the day they came- Dalton, Justin and Lamont took out my old machine, put in my new one, hooked it up and made sure it worked perfectly. I will be back for all future appliance purchases. This is my second purchase of washer and dryer sets from them. They have great prices and great Insurance. If you do need service calls they are prompt and well prepared with parts when they come and if they can't fix it they replace it no question asked . MATT went above and beyond during this sale. It all took place over text messaging never even had to talk to anyone throughout the entire process from the very start of a few questions i had to payment at the end. MATT made the entire process smooth and painless. This is the place to go if you are looking at purchasing new appliances of any kind and MATT is who I would ask for. They are a top notch business.

I wanted to write a positive review for the sales associate Michael Baker at the King Ave West Store in Billings, Montana. We recently had our dishwasher break on us (on a Friday, on our anniversary no less!) that had come with our house (I think bought from Lowes?). We were disappointed that it broke, but were pleased that Fred's had the exact same model in stock. Due to COVID the price of course was much higher but not much you can do about this. Michael was able to get us in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes (which is exactly what we were looking for). The real icing on the cake though was that he PERSONALLY delivered the Dishwasher HIMSELF with his SON the next Tuesday (we purchased on Saturday morning). This was such a blessing to us after the stress of having a broken dishwasher for 4 days! I cannot stress how much I appreciated this and I will be going back to him and Fred's for all my needs and telling others about it too!

Our salesman Bob was very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing our appliances. Kiyen, Lamont, and Antonio were our delivery guys. They were careful when bringing the appliances into our house, installed the oven and refrigerator, put our old refrigerator in the garage for us, and took the oven. Unfortunately, there were some waves in the side of the refrigerator, but the guys took photos and informed us of our options. The store was willing to discount the price for us which we accepted. I recommend shopping at Fred's Appliance in Billings, MT. I'm giving the store a 4 star rating only because of the cosmetic flaws in the side of the refrigerator. Not really the stores fault.

When I have searched eastern MT and Western ND for GE appliances to replace mine, Fred's has them at the best prices. The response to messages left before the store opens are so prompt. Also the response to their online form was quick with just what I requested. They look for solutions and have such friendly customer service. Connected venting that was a challenge and took care to keep from scratching walls and denting flooring. Update, 3 days after delivery...the venting fell out of the ceiling. Thank you for getting us into a great GE washer. They were the only store with something in stock in the building for weeks on end that's not Samsung or Maytag. Not knocking them brands but no one will work on Samsungs in billings and my Maytag did me wrong. Molly was super laid back while I gave my hubby sass and plenty of attitude for ruining my day by making me, make this a project on my day off. Lol 😆 My RBF was high but I'm super happy. I will be buying more from them.

I had ordered a washer from this store. Everything went well until it came to delivery and I had to wait 10 days because I live in Lockwood. When the big day came, they arrived on time, but the delivery people did not want to hook it up because they couldn’t change the hoses. He was rude ( don’t know his name). I called the store and they had to send two more guys out to hook it up, which took them about 10 minutes. I did have to sign a waiver that I would not hold them responsible since they weren’t putting in new hoses. The problem was resolved fairly quickly, but it needn’t have happened at all.

I want to start this off by saying this would have been a 5 star review. I was buying washer/dryer. Salesman told me that i would get 100 dollar mail in rebate with the GE set I purchased. I forgot to take rebate form with me when I purchased. Called and talked to them before delivery and they said they would bring rebate forms with drivers. Drivers did not have. No big deal they mailed it to me. This rebate was for a set only. When I went to file the mail in rebate my washer was on the list but dryer was not and it would not allow me to file online. I used to sell appliances so I know there is not a lot of mark up in it. I thought about just forgetting the 100 dollars but as I drove by the appliance shop I couple times I realized I wanted to speak to the manager about this. This is where things got bizarre and I started getting upset. I called the store and asked what the managers name was. The person answering the phone asked how he could help me and I said I would like to speak to the Manager. He told me that if I could not be bothered to tell him the issue than he was not going to walk to the back to get the manager....then he hung up on me. I called back and the same person answered the phone. Said Fred's Pizza and I asked if this was Fred's Appliance....but they had already hung up on me again. So if the manager or owner of this store reads this review please contact me because it appears that at least one of your salesman is to unprofessional to allow a customer to speak with you.

I was looking for a new washer and dryer about a month ago evaluating newer features as my current set was 19 years old. When I walked into Fred's Appliance in Billings I was greeted by Bob. He took the time to show and explain the new features of all the brands. Never did I feel pressured by him. He printed the information out on the 3 sets I was interested in. When I returned 5 weeks later he remembered me and I again just re-evaluate to make sure what I wanted. Bob was able to give me the best price in Billings for this product. I love the no pressure and the great customer service I received. Thank you Bob. I'll be back when I need a new dishwasher.

Instead of going to the usual big box stores for a microwave oven, we gave Fred's a try and weren't disappointed. Knowledgeable salesmen offered able assistance that lead to a purchase in short order. Price was $20-50 lower than all the competition AND it was in stock! Drove around back of the store for loading, passed a few minutes in conversation with the crew, and left satisfied. Invested the following 2 hours bonding (and teaching new words to) with my son while we installed this unit over our range.

Fred's treated us well from beginning to end. Brandon, our salesperson, may have saved our marriage. You see, the first fridge we purchased from them was a whirlpool that sounded like a motorboat on its last legs. We went back to Fred's and they allowed us to replace our fridge with another model. Brandon helped us choose the right fridge. He continued to give us honest opinions and ended up recommending a fridge in a middle price range rather than the expensive model we were considering. He was (very) patient with my wife as she was immobilized by existential dread that this next fridge would also sound like a dilapidated marine vehicle, which would cause her to go clinically insane. Brandon plugged in multiple models to let her hear the fridge running. We relied on Brand's expertise and we are glad we did because we love our new fridge. The next day, the fridge was delivered by two capable and amiable chaps named Yader and Nick. They worked efficentily and professionally, while affirming that the old fridge was very very loud (which was definitely the right thing to say.) Pretty happy about how all this went down. This is the sort of service that everyone wants buts rarely gets. Thanks, Fred's.

Decided to buy Miele dishwasher from Fred's after first a Samsung then a Kitchenaid bought elsewhere were constant problems. Fred's has a good local reputation and I think deservedly so. I realized I'd have to spend more. But drain light started coming on immediately. After installed, light started coming on, hard to make it run. Different man came back, said either a lemon on installed incorrectly. It worked awhile, then dead in the water, drain light again. Drain pump once replaced. Another visit, once just to remove pipe and drain it backwards then happened again. Dealing with it intermittently for months. Can sometimes turn dishwasher off then on and will work awhile. Can't call for fix then because it is temporarily working. When drain pump was replaced; had a small metal part loose inside. Thought I was done with it. Now drain light on permanently, won't start at all. Miele from Spokane headquarters now calling to schedule fix after I called local store. Says only one drain pump fix by their records so need another try at fixing not replacing. Coming out again 5 days. Pleasant enough people to deal with, especially since I'm less than pleasant now, but I paid up a bit in price for this dishwasher so I wouldn't have to deal with this kind of issue again and again so soon. If pump is out again it's a bigger problem that likely won't be diagnosed, so it should be replaced. In 5 days repair man will likely say "need to order part" and wait another 3 weeks, like last time, without a dishwasher, as usual, nothing working a month. I history is any guide, will happen again and have to deal with it again. Again people are pleasant enough, just a dishwasher not the end of the world, but may not buy there again. Writing this because after buying a Miele from Fred's expected not to deal with this. Thought at this point time to replace the whole unit. UPDATE 8/1/18: Had to update and admit they were right. Repair man found drainage issue and fixed it. Not a dishwasher problem. Replacing dishwasher would not have worked. I was skeptical but it's worked now perfectly for several months. It was installation issue. Aggravating since it wouldn't stop but it was but not Fred's fault. Miele washer is working now. 5 stars for saving me from getting new unit just to have it happen again.

Excellent place to get appliances! No-pressure atmosphere...We were allowed to look around at our leisure. Staff was available to answer any questions we had. Prices were slightly higher, but they were the only ones able to deliver out to Forsyth within a week for us. Hopefully, we won't need new appliances anytime soon, but if we do, we will definitely go back to Fred's!

We woke up to a failed refrigerator and after a visit to Lowes, Best Buy, JC Penny's, Home Depot, and Sears we thought the day was doomed. We called Fred's, Brandon answered, and he said he would check their inventory for our criteria (white, french door, with ice/water in the door) and upon arrival he had several models (in stock) that exceeded our wants. Literally, 20 minutes later we were heading home with a new frig, 12 months no interest, and a 5 year warranty! Why didn't we just start there....
