Everyone is super nice and helpful. We purchase all equipment for all 6 of our locations from here and their service do not disappoint. It is not always perfect but everyone here does try to their best to help (including their call center). Serval times will had issues with items delivered but everyone played a key role to help us resolve the issue. TOP NOTCH TEAM :)

Great prices on dry herbs and seasonings and not all restaurant sizes. My only complaint is that the aisles need to be labeled so I am not wandering around looking for the couple items I need. The staff is helpful if you can find them.

I received an order with a few broken glasses (most likely the fault of UPS). I called customer service and they were very helpful. I had replacement glasses the very next day. The prices are also better then I have found at other providers. Highly recommend.

Really great place. If you ever wanted the things professional restaurants use this is the place to go. And they have the best of every commercial kitchens use right down to the mayonnaise from AAK foods and Admiration foods. Shame on you if you don't go. The thing lacking here is the customer service hopefully they will fix that. Great store.

Came here as an errand for someone else but as someone who previously worked in the restaurant business I was surprised at how well stock they were for utilities. I don't believe their food selection is as extensive as other places. But that's cool. Those other places you need memberships and have to be an actual owner of a restaurant to apply. Here any Joe can come in a get a chef knife and some good frying pans. The cashier was very cheery and helpful. Parking was also no issue at least in the middle of the day on a weekday. The only negative I can think of is I'm not crazy about the location and that less than awesome intersection most people will have to get though to get there.

Very helpful staff and they do all the heavy lifting for you, big inventory with fair pricing. You can buy items not only for business but also for the household. Convenient location with parking.

A good selection of goods and equipment. I do not currently work in the food service industry but have in the past. This store is a great place to get some stuff for your home (spices, utensils, some food you might be able to use in bulk) but is really geared towards restaurants. The staff are always extremely friendly, I don't feel out of place doing small personal shopping and I can also see they treat their business customers well.

What an experience. Compared to Restaurant Depot it's 10 times better. Wish they would carry produce and other food items. Their prices for the disposable products and other restaurant items are very competitive. Go in even if you don't own a restaurant or catering company, they will be happy to help

I own a local cafe, and this store is perfect for quick runs to pick up last minute supplies. They have a wide selection of items...kitchen equipment, bar supplies, paper goods, canned and dry goods (nothing refrigerated)...and most of what I've seen is reasonably priced, especially when compared to other wholesale supply stores in the area. The staff is helpful, and you can be in and out of the store quickly, with easy parking and very quick check out (my favorite). The place is open to the public...no membership...so everyone's welcome to look around.

What a great store if you're having a party or you buy large quantities this is the place for you they have everything that you could need from stoves to plates to glassware silverware also all the spices you need and very helpful friendly salespeople and you don't have to be a member to shop here members get a discount but the money you save it's still great even if you do not have a membership

AN excellent resource for small restaurants. Large selection t reasonable prices. Can also shop their website and have it shipped into the store. The staff is amazingly helpful, friendly and polite. I only wish the same people that run this store ran "the other" (more food focused) restaurant store in the area.
