In a word - Spectacular! This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had; it is extremely nice to do business with people and a company who handle themselves with integrity. Mine was a service call, and the tech assigned to my job (Ryan) took the time to listen to my concerns before he diagnosed the issue, and then he "went to work." Ryan got to the bottom line quickly, had the part on his van, and as he worked to remedy the issue, he gave an explanation in layman's terms re: what needed to be done. Everything was handled as it should have been, and the pricing was more than reasonable! I would recommend this company to anyone. I believe I may have been the last call of the day, and to get a job done in the way that it was, by a technician who came to the door with a smile even after a long day's work was quite refreshing. My experience with Bruno's has become the new benchmark to measure all of my future customer service experiences by. A1, Top Notch, period!

Ryan did an A+ job fixing my dishwasher. While he was there I also told him about an issue with my oven and he knew the issue right away, had the part on hand and was able to also fix my oven as well. They are efficient, I have had a great experience with them! I would recommend Bruno’s to anyone who needs appliances. One of the technicians tied down a hose for my washing machine to keep the water from getting all over the floor and that’s not what he was there to fix. I think that him doing that was very kind and thoughtful and I definitely appreciated it. And it didn’t take him long to fix the dryer, which was the appliance he was there to fix.

A rare gem here. Coming into the Fourth of July weekend on Friday my refrigerator went on the fritz. I went to Bruno’s seeking a replacement and was greeted and shown a few contenders. I selected a nice Frigidaire and asked about delivery…they said Tuesday. I said my food is spoiling, they checked their Saturday schedule and made no promises, then Blake said they could do it in a half-hour, way above and beyond the call of duty. I had my new refrigerator installed and the old one hauled away in an hour’s time. I commented to Blake about the quality of their service and was told something that made me a return customer…they treat people like they would hope to be treated. They really came through in a pinch.

I own rental properties and have been dealing with Ryan his father and brother for many years. They have always been great to deal with Whenever I need to replace a stove, fridge, dish washer or washer and dryer I give them a call and they are out promptly. When a service call is needed they come out and fix the problem and save the cost of replacing the appliance. But the real test comes from my tenants who always complement their work.

Blake helped me pick a fridge and make sure it worked properly before purchase. He delivered it on the date and time we agreed to and very quickly! They took our old fridge too. The guys put the work in to get it through the door and had a lot of patience with us to make sure the ice maker and water worked. I went to Bruno’s Appliance in 1997 for the first time as I just moved into a home that needed everything! During that time, Bruno was in charge and Ryan and Blake were learning. Twenty five years later the brothers are running Bruno’s! Bruno remove the appliance of the display area plug it and and have the specific of the dryer how to use it and have me a 6 month warranty and all of the maintenance specific as well . Hello, contacted Ryan with Bruno's Appliances concerning an issue we were having with a Maytag washer. He contacted me quickly and provided a date for service. Ryan arrived at our residence on time and serviced the washer by installing a new pump that he had in inventory on his service vehicle. He took time to operate the washer after new pump was installed to make sure no leaks were identified and unit was completely operational before packing up his tools. Ryan also reviewed potential causes for the issue we experienced with our washing machine. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the washer unit we utilize at our residence. This place is great. I was having issues with my Samsung washer and contacted three other appliance repair services who either had no clue what the problem was, didn’t care or just encouraged me to get a new one. Thankfully I found Bruno’s but I wish I would have found them in the first place as it would have saved me a lot of time and money. They were very knowledgeable, seemed like they genuinely cared about diagnosing and fixing the issue and their prices were very reasonable. This is a great business and I would definitely recommend them if you are having appliance issues or need a good used appliance.

My dryer was broke and I was looking for a used one I went to a couple places but this was by far the most helpful and had a large selection. Because mine fit perfectly under my steps I needed a certain size that they didn't have. But instead they were able to come to my house the next day and fix it very quickly. It is awesome to have my dryer working again! They have amazing customer service and I would highly recommend using them for any Appliance needs you may have.

Bruno’s Appliances came out to do a repair on my refrigerator and it works better now than it ever has! Ryan diagnosed the problem over the phone with pictures, had the part in his car, was able to fit us in for an appt, replaced the fan that had died, explained why he uses the metal one instead of the plastic one, and even fixed the ice maker that hasn’t been working for 2 years! It is hard to find good service and I am so glad to have found Bruno’s Appliances. I would certainly use them again, for service and repair, and for purchases.

Can not say enough good things about these guys! Bruno is awesome and his boys Blake and Ryan are top notch. Family owned and operated and they know the value of good customer service. Ryan came over last night on his way home to repair my refrigerator which I purchased from them about 5 years ago. Was in and out in less than an hour and under $200. Only paid $350 for the fridge which is $1500 new. I also have a washer and dryer I got from them recently. Even with the repair I only put out about a $1000 for all three appliances. Highly recommend these guys!!

Family business treats you right. Not rock bottom dirt cheap but reasonable and a better value. Prompt delivery/setup, a product you can rely on, longer warranty, ease of doing business. I've done both of these: 1) Visited the shop to pick out an appliance and arrange delivery, then meet at the house for installation. 2) Once out of town, another when really busy, I phoned, they sent photos to pick from, I paid electronically and they delivered and set up. Bruno's appliances is the five-star go to when you need an appliance or repair. Ryan is an expert! He knows everything there is to know about appliances.over the last few years he's been able to help me by fixing appliances and gaining me many more years of use rather than having to buy something. He also has top-of-the-line used equipment that I have purchased from him.I even had a broken washing machine a few hundred miles away from where he is. Would definitely recommend, instant response, accurate and fair quote, and came and fixed my washer within 48 hours. After a month we were having the same issue, reached back out and again were out within 48 hours to fix it again (obviously at no charge). So far so good.

I never write reviews but I haven't seen good customer service like this in a long time. Everyone provided great customer service from the time I had to call to find exactly where they were located, til the time they left my house after the delivery. When I walked in there was a guy (Sorry but I didn't get his name) that helped me. He helped me find a washer and dryer at a great price. He was very knowledgeable. When I called to see when my appliances would be delivered, the person on the phone was so cool but professional at the same time. He texted me the delivery guy's number so I could call him. Blake and another guy delivered. They showed up later than he said they would but Blake called beforehand and told me he was running late. They set up everything and made sure everything worked before they left. I just bought my house and the owners before me didn't install the light over top the washer and dryer so Blake installed it for me before he left. He just did it without me asking. I've been in customer service for over 10 years so it's the first thing I pay attention to and I must say they wowed me. Everyone I spoke to provided Awesome customer service. Definitely go their for your used appliances. They even provide a 6 months warranty on all appliances!

I can't express how grateful I am for the repair service from Bruno's. After making appointments for my broken refrigerator with other places that were days or weeks out, I got lucky when I reached out to Bruno's and it turned out he was only a few blocks away and said he would be able to swing by immediately! 20-30 min later he was at my door. Another 20-30 min later and my fridge was up and running! More than fair price, and he easily could've just said he'd make an appointment for a future time. I know this isn't a usual situation but I also know who I'm calling if another appliance goes on the fritz!

We bought a used washer and dryer from them a while ago. They delivered them, stacked them, set it up, and hauled away our old ones for a very reasonable price. We tried to do a load of wash (my first front loaders!) and the washer would cut off dead in the middle of the load. He came out to look at it right away. It was a dud. So instead of trying to fix it, he just replaced it with a higher quality washer! Same deal, delivered, stacked, and set up the new one. That one worked a charm. A few months later the washer started leaking a little. I panicked and called him. He came back out. Turns out you have to clean the glass part of the washer often to make sure you get a good tight seal on the gasket. So he explained that to me and oiled it all up while he was here. No charge :) It was a little more involved than buying brand new ones would have been, but he was right there to answer any questions or look at any issues I had. And the price definitely can't be beat. If we need any more new-to-us appliances, I"m calling him FIRST this time! Forget the big box stores! EDIT I have called them for advice (freely given), a second set of washers and dryers and then fridge and washer in a new house! They make it so easy and you can buy an appliance over text message! I said I’d never go anywhere else, and 4 years later, I mean it! Thank you again!

I called Bruno's Appliances about a broken washing machine. I spoke to Ryan on the phone and described the problem with my machine. He had speculations of what the problem could be just from the information I provided over the phone. I scheduled an appointment for a repair the following day. Ryan arrived on the scheduled time and quickly identified the problem. He provided a quote for a replacement parts stating that he could do the repair same day! Ryan returned about 1 hour later and replaced the parts needed to fix my washer. He tested the machine to ensure it was in good working order before leaving. Ryan was very professional, well-mannered and considerate of my time. The company is clearly doing something right and it is reflected in their work and customer service both in person and on the phone. I will happily be calling Bruno's if any future appliance problems arise!

EXCELLENT REPAIR WORK! 2005 Maytag stack-able dryer blew out some of its electronics and stopped working.. Ryan, co-owner, (didn't send some 18 yr old rookie repairman) climbed up a ladder, took things apart, soldered new brains to the motherboard and put it all back together in no time. (a true appliance genius/expert) Any other group would've made me buy a new dryer. I am So glad I had them do this repair.. it was such an expense and hassle getting the front loader and the dryer stacked in a second floor bathroom back when.. so seriously glad there was an appliance guru out there to fix our broken dryer rather than replace it..
