Paco was extremely helpful and professional installing our new dishwasher. He also was persistent in trying to figure out why a set of lights in our kitchen stopped working after we had a new stove and hood installed a few weeks ago. Not only did he solve the problem, but he also took the time to explain why it happened and how to fix it. Overall, we really had great service with Paco and would recommend him highly.

Paco was a lifesaver! First of all, we were sure the top oven glass door of the double wall oven was scratched because it had a 6 inch diagonal line across it, and to the touch by several people, we were sure it was a scratch. Even Paco was sure it was a scratch. However, something must’ve been gnawing at him because after he did the other work, he went back to re-examine the door and discovered with some real, rubbing power that it was actually heavy glue. Additionally, we were very unhappy with the large gap below the bottom oven and the lower cabinet door and although we still don’t love the gap that is there, Paco decided to take a chance and he was able to move the bottom panel of the oven up a quarter of an inch and drill new holes to reinstall it. It looks better much better than it did.

Paco came out December 6 in the morning to service our brand new Speed Queen front loading washing machine. He discovered that the front mounting bracket had not been removed so he removed it. He also discovered that both the washer and dryer had not been leveled and he level them. He tested everything and had me verify the level. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. We are very happy with his service.

Update: Brooke from ABW reached out to me and went over and above in addressing the situation. She proactively contacted Miele and ordered a part which comes from Germany. Followed up every step of the way and got the issue resolved. Shipment from Germany did take sometime but I'm glad the issue was resolved. I wish I could have escalated this earlier. Would not hesitate to business with ABW again! Previous Review: I had high hopes but ABW did not get my install of Meile Downdraft right since it was installed last fall. It took them over 5 service visits and back and forth with Meile and the issue still isn't resolved. Lack of follow-up from ABW just warrants me to constantly call them and often 2 months wait for each service visit. This is beyond frustration!. I understand there is dependency with Meile but the sheer lack of competency is bothersome. I hope ABW takes their costumer problems seriously.

Steele is great to work with, always very professional, helpful, and understanding to our client needs and desires. Budget is often a big driver for our clients and ABW has many different offerings to fit any budget. Quotes are always returned quickly and with clear understanding. Scheduling installation is always simple and timely.

Pacco was here to fix all the remaining issues that was left by the previous installer . He was very knowledgeable and very patient . He was great . One issue could not be resolved since it will need two person but Pacco was able to give right suggestion on how to resolve the issue . This will need additional visit to reinstall the microwave .

Update: the CEO of the store, Ryan Simon, has made good on his reply below and helped me secure the proposal I need very quickly. I really appreciate this level of attention to the business, especially from the CEO. I have updated my review and will update it again once the delivery and installation take place. Original review: I have had a very bad experience trying to order appliances from this store. I visited this store two weeks ago on a Saturday. I spoke with a salesman who offered me useful information regarding my options for laundry machines. I gave them my email and phone number, and I was told I would receive a proposal for the cost/delivery times between the two options on the following Monday. I received no proposal and called Tuesday and left a voicemail. I called on Wednesday and was told that the salesman would receive a message from me. I waited a week, then called again. I gave them my phone number and email once again, and I was promised by a different person that I would receive a proposal by the end of the day. It has been two days since that last call, and I have received no information. If you take two weeks and multiple reminders to produce a proposal on the purchase of two appliances, how could I ever trust you to deliver, install, or service them?

Javier showed significant knowledge of the appliances that he showed him and he had a lot of patience showing me what ABW had in stock. I gave Javier a budget that I wanted to stick to and was sent a list of appliances within hours. I highly recommend ordering your appliances through ABW and also recommend using Javier as your sales rep.

One of the easiest and best customer experiences I've had in a while. They had what I needed in stock, unlike other stores, at a competitive price. The online ordering system was simple, they called and emailed proactively, did a Zoom call with me to check out our kitchen and walk me through the installation process, showed up on time, and were friendly and quick. OK, I have posted previously with one star. we purchased our Thermador range and dishwashers May and finally had them delivered today! The communication from the office was poor until I wrote my negative review and reached out to the office about our dissatisfaction. Finally we received the appliances today. Rashard and Thierry who were the engineers/craftsman/installers were the best part of the experience! They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just down right polite! They made this experience so much better. They deserve all of the 5 stars! Great work!

I bought a gas cooktop and a dishwasher from the ABW Clearance Center. On the sales order they advise that some parts may be missing on delivery. Fair enough. That was the case in my purchase: the plug and toekick for my dishwasher and the mounting brackets for my cooktop were missing. The initial installation of the gas cooktop failed the WSSC gas inspection. When I called ABW, Joe, the installation manager was very accommodating and helpful. He ordered the missing plug and rescheduled the service call saying he would schedule the call totally at my convenience. The installer who came out was Rashard. Speaking from years of experience with installers, I happily state that Rashard was the BEST. More than competent, he did his work neatly being very careful not to scratch my newly-installed tile flooring. He installed the new electrical socket making sure it was squared and centered not like the old one that was off-center and crooked. He was willing to spend extra time with me to explain how the dishwasher worked and even showed me how to adjust the top rack, clean the filter and load the RinseAid. He also put metal brackets on the cooktop to fasten it and showed me pictures of what he had done. He pointed out that the dishwasher toekick was missing - something I had not noticed. He said he would report that and have the missing part ordered and that he would return to install the toekick. I do not expect things to run smoothly and I judge a firm not by how many problems emerge in the process but how they handle the problems when they arise. Rashard, as a representative of ABW, could not have handled the problems more professionally. He is a credit to ABW and probably reflects an enlightened top management that fosters an environment where employees go the extra mile in providing a wonderful customer experience.

Very quickly Deiver had a grasp of out taste and goals, then walked us through multiple options. Bought a marvel undercounter wine/beverage refrigerator. After a few years- could not maintain temp. It originally coast 1400.00- we are up to $800.00 in service fees and parts. Did not feel technician correctly addressed true problem- so they " try" different attempts. Very frustrated. They flat out charge $80 service fee and $80 travel fee. Which repeats when installing new ordered part.

My expectations were more than exceeded when I met Robinsson Botero at the ABW Appliance store on Lee Highway in Arlington. His professional knowledge was superb on just about any appliances. He was patient with all my questions. Attention to detail and follow-up was exacting. Robinsson explained all the processes with buying and installing a new LG washer and dryer and the plan unfolded exactly as he described it. Next time I buy any higher end appliances I will be back at his desk!
