Great Locally Owned Business. They have all the great parts if you are a DIY and they also have great new appliances at competitive prices and they deliver. They also have a great scratch and dent once in a while that is a super duper deal. First class customer service!

This is the place to buy appliances. Much better customer service than one would ever receive at Lowes or Home Depot or Best Buy. We discovered that our refrigerator had died early one morning. We were going out of town for a funeral and had to have a new one that day. Thanks to Mitchell Appliance we had a new fridge delivered and set up that same day. As I said earlier, Lowes and Hope Depot would not have done this.

Fantastic staff, if they don't have it they will order it for you! Dishwasher we bought was placed in our truck and we were ready to go in less than 30 minutes. Update: we have now purchased a washer and dryer .They delivered them. If you need any appliances this is a small business you NEED to support!!! I won't purchase my appliances anywhere else! They also have a website.

Needed an inlet valve for my washing machine. Being on a Saturday I didn't want to wait till Monday for Amazon so I went in prepared to pay out the wazoo but they beat them by $25 with an OEM part and I had it in my hand right then. I'm a little embarrassed to say I usually buy appliance parts online because of price but I may have been wrong. Will definitely give them a call next time.

Our heater stopped working and we urgently looked everywhere for the part that needed to be replaced. We were suggested to Mitchell Appliance by an associate at Ace Hardware and it was literally a huge blessing!! Vickie and the other lady (I wish I had gotten her name) were so incredibly sweet and helpful!! They ordered the part for us which we got to pick up the same day from another location. Since it's winter we really couldn't go another day without the heater. The service was overall amazing and would recommend it to anyone looking for appliance parts/accessories.
