Stan was very timely, professional and knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained exactly what the issue was and the solution for it. He cleaned in and around our 15 year old dryer like a dream, and even took a look at our ice machine so we can know what needs to be replaced and how much it would cost. Our freezer in our garage was giving a high temp alert. AAS was able to come out the next day (Fri. Dec. 23rd) in the morning. It appears that our freezer may have a refrigerant leak but they were able to refill the refrigerant for us and that gives us time to decide if we want to do the repair or just purchase a new freezer. Very responsive and helpful! Will definitely look to use them again if needed.

Our Whirpool fridge stopped cooling. I called these guys and they came out the next day on time. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and ran back to pick up the part (capacitor). We were back in business by that afternoon. I received text messages confirming service and when the tech was on his way. It's been years since I had appliance repair services because my first experience was akin to a hostage situation and very un professional. This was all above board and professional. I wont hesitate to call these guys in the future when a problem comes up.

Our oven stop working on Thanksgiving morning,. After reading many reviews, I decided to give Atlanta Appliance Services a try. I was surprised to get a same-day (evening) appointment. Stan arrived at the promised time and worked steadily for over two hours, cleaning a massive amount of lint from both inside the dryer and the long duct that carries the dryer exhaust through our crawlspace and out of the house. The dryer now works better than it has in years! Stan was so neat, quiet, personable and professional. We could not have asked for a better appliance repair experience. We will recommend him to others and call him for all of our future appliance repair needs.

Our washing machine had started trying to “walk” out of the room when doing most loads. After trouble shooting and trying to repair it ourselves, we called Atlanta Appliance Services. Stan, our technician, was on time and explained what needed to be done. He had to come back another day to complete the repair but again was prompt. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Our washing machine is quieter than it’s been in years and no more walking across the room.

I called on a Sunday but they were closed, on Monday my phone call was returned and an appointment was made. I had several questions that the receptionist answered well and to the best of her knowledge. The service Tech arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and he too answered all my questions. The diagnostic was done within 15 mins of arrival and the price was given to me based on blue book value which he showed me and the price he gave was less than that. Within an hour my service was completed. Oh let's not forget, he also showed me my problem and part the needed replacing and explained why it needed to be replaced. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service you are truly amazing!

My repair guy, Stan, was fantastic! He was very thorough. I especially appreciate that he didn't just tell me the problem but showed me what was wrong. This was the first time a repair person, when finished, actually took the time to run the machine and confirm that it was working properly before leaving. My dryer wasn't working. I called this company after researching local businesses and they had good reviews. They did not disappoint. I will say it took a few visits to get my Samsung dryer working properly as it just kept cutting off after 1 or 2 cycles, but Steven and the owner made sure the job was completed-returning immediately and warrantied all of their work. My dryer has since been working great for over a month. Thanks guys for your service...I hope to never need repairs again but if I do, I'll be calling you again! 😊

Stan found problem in about 20 minutes and repaired in about 1hr. LOWES " repair service???" said it was out of warranty because it was in an enclosed garage. said that it had burnt up relay. Stan found loose connection at control board. Will not ever buy another Lowes extended warranty.
