When I called to inquire about service I was greeted by a professional and friendly representative who scheduled me for a appointment the same day. I received a text message when my technician was in route which included a cell number to call if I needed to. When Travis the service technician arrived he was professional, diagnosed the issue, told me what to expect, provided me with the cost of the service then proceeded to handle his business. He was efficient, clean and professional during the entire encounter. This is my new appliance service. They have a new customer and I’ve already started to spread the word.

Company responded and repaired in one day. Technician was polite, courtesy, knowledgeable and explained both the issue and resolution. Appreciated him wearing mask due to covid protocols. He brought his own drop cloths and necessary equipment to complete the work. This experience was complete opposite of a company with whom I called out earlier in the month. This was the first time we needed a repair to our dishwasher. I'm so glad I googled for appliance repairs in our area and choose Appliance Allstars. They answered the phone quickly. The friendly and courteous lady who answered asked me a few questions about our need and she told me they would have a repair person at our house with-in 4 hours of the same day I called. It was quicker than that. Travis arrived about an hour after my call and he too was friendly and courteous. Travis was in our home for about 20 minutes - he knew exactly what was needed to repair our KitchenAid dishwasher. The cost was very fair in my opinion. In the future any appliance of ours needing repair will definitely be done by Appliance Allstars. (ps: Travis was also very kind to our dog who loves having her tummy scratched.) Ray

While other appliance repair companies offered me a appointment 2-3 weeks down the road, Appliance All Stars was there in ONE DAY. Super professional, they ordered my needed dryer part and it came within 4 days. The part arrived at their warehouse on Friday, and by Monday at noon they had come and installed the part! Amazing speed, amazing service and at the standard services prices. Don't bother calling anyone else.

I called another company earlier in the week and they scheduled me for Friday morning. Around 10:30 I called them to see what time they would be there. Apparently they failed to put me on the schedule so it would be next week. I then called Appliance Allstars and they came that day. He needed to get a part so I was told it would be Monday. A couple of hours later they called back and said they got the part and came right back and fixed my washer the same day. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I called this company early. The technician Ahmed came during the allotted time prompt polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosis the problem and had the part to repair without having to come back at a later time. The repair was prompt the only hiccup was my lights went out during the repair process so I had to wait til they came back no to know the oven was in fact repaired however the company nor the technician had any control over that. The oven is working fine. I hope I don’t have to but if I do I will definitely use this company again and I hope I get Ahmed. He was GREAT. He also inquired about some discounts that were available

I woke up Sunday morning to my fridge leaking water all over my unfinished hardwood floors. No one could come out and no one called me back. I call Appliance Allstars on Monday morning and they were at my house by 11am. Figured out the issue, ordered parts and came out a few days later to install. They got my fridge running until they could come back out Andre and Bathscheba were so nice and accommodating! Thank you for fixing my fridge and doing it professionally and quickly!

Had just moved and had dryer installed in new apartment...wouldn't dry...tech came out and replaced 2 parts..(?) Charged me 243.00 and left...problem was not fixed...called back and the tech returned 5 days later..finally did a thorough inspection of dry and found that the reason it didn't work was tape covering vent hole in wall...removed it , dryer worked fine...smh..cost me $243 to remove tape...lesson well learned

This is my third time using Appliance Allstars and I have gotten top-notch service each time! This past Sunday night, the knob to my 30 year old Sears Kenmore washer broke off in my hand. I called Appliance Allstars Monday morning and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician was on time getting to my house, made sure everything else with my washer was working properly, found the part needed and got it ordered. He said it should hopefully be here in 2-3 days, but since my machine was so old he wasn’t sure. I went on to work not expecting to hear from them for a couple of days, but, unbelievably, I got a call that same afternoon at work saying they had they part and wanted to schedule the technician to come out Wednesday morning. Of course, that was GREAT with me! Again, he was on time Wednesday morning, had the knob on and was leaving within about 20 minutes! I am EXTREMELY pleased with every repair I’ve had done by Appliance Allstars and can’t say enough good about them. They are wonderful all the way around, from the initial call for service to the final product. I can’t imagine using anyone else and highly, highly recommend them!

Dryer repair. Charged 289.00 dollars . Dryer still a problem with moist. For that amount could have cleaned ducts. I have to pay someone else to clean ducts. I don’t know if problem was solved or not. The tech was so secretive about amount. Did not have a breakdown of labor services in writing. Just the 289.00 dollars. Cost of materials , labor etc.

I was able to get an appointment quickly for Ray to look at my dryer. The first part he replaced did not fix the problem. He ordered a new control board for my dryer and it arrived in the time he said it would. He came to my house the day after the part arrived. Quickly got my dryer working good as new. He also replaced the vent hose (that was really in bad shape) for no extra charge. His prices are very reasonable. Saved me from having to purchase a new dryer. My icemaker hadn’t worked in weeks when we initially contacted AHS. They sent a tech from another company who immediately said it was the icemaker and eventually installed a new icemaker! . It didn’t work and we contacted AHS because the company didn’t answer. We don’t know what happened to the first company but AHS sent out a 2nd tech from another company who installed another new ice maker??? I contacted AHS and stated I wasn’t impressed with the 2nd tech who immediately ordered another icemaker and also didn’t do an assessment. That is when AHS sent the 3rd company, Appliance Allstars. UPDATE I believe reviews should be honest, non biased and strictly based on your experience with the service provider and not personal relationships. This belief is what has prompted a update to my previous review. I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted directly by the owner the morning following my review. Despite the fact that it was Saturday, a non business day, Mr Ray requested an opportunity to personally come out and attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue. We agreed on a time for the following day, a Sunday, during which he apologized for the behavior of his employee and within minutes zeroed in on the source of the issue. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the needed part in hand but promised to obtain and install it within the next few days. True to his word, I received a call on Tuesday with a request to install the part the following day. I immediately washed several loads to ensure it was operating before appending my review! Despite the rocky start, I was pleased and pleasantly surprised with the effort made by this company to correct the error made and mitigate the inconvenience I’d experienced. It’s very difficult to find service providers that will not only admit their fault but also go above and beyond to correct it!!! Because of this, I’d not only call them back but plan to recommend them!!! Keep up the good work Mr Ray!!! 10/23/2020 I wish I could give this place no stars!!!!! I phoned in with complaints of my whirlpool top loader not agitating. The very understanding customer service agent said she’d probably be able to squeeze me in today between 2 and 5. Of course I was thrilled with the possibility of having my appliance repaired before the weekend. Just as promised, around 3:30 I received a text informing me the technician was in route. Shane arrived at 4pm, looked beneath the washer and promptly called for assistance. Throughout his visit he communicated that he’d ran this diagnostic or that and requested additional instructions. After approximately 15 minutes of this Shane turned to me and stated matter if factly, “There’s nothing wrong with your washer”!!! “It’s agitating just fine”!!! He said as the water swished so softly I had to turn off everything in my kitchen to hear it. I replied “my washer is not repaired it’s doing the same thing it was doing before“, “set it for a light cycle I suggested you’ll see that it is not properly agitating when the machine is loaded”.! “I can’t stay here for 15 minutes” he said. “It’s not going to go through a whole cycle”, I told him, “ it’s only going to run through half the cycle. It probably won’t take more than 10 minutes to check it”. Once again he refused. I then asked him was the work guaranteed......... “if it’s doing the same thing after you leave today will I have to pay another $55 service fee for someone to come back out? What type of warranty do you offer.” “I didn’t do anything,” Shane said, “so there is no warranty”!!! I won’t bore you with anymore details. I basically gave in asked the form of tender was accepted, made payment and sent him in his way with a promise of calling them back if my washer was still not functioning. “We close at 5pm and aren’t open weekends but you can call us on Monday” Shane yelled back in his way out!!! As soon as he left I put in a loosely packed load of towels. You probably already guessed........ the washer performed worst then before Shane tinkered with it!!!!! Now not only doesn’t it agitate, the machine filled, went into wash mode and just sat for 5 minutes before draining!!!! Lesson learned here, if something sounds too good to be true it is!!! Appliance Allstars scheduled a same day appointment, sent me a untrained technician and cost me $55.00 plus another waste of water, electricity and detergent....... not to mention what I’ll pay at the laundromat this weekend!!! My advice if you’re truly trying to be economical by repairing your appliance you may want to look further........ don’t make my mistake!!!
