Love this place! Why spend a billion on appliances some times you got visit once or twice in the month to find the exact thing you need if it’s a specific brand but love this place !! Great options! This is the best used appliance store I ever been too ! Everything went well with the owner helping me pick out a washer and dryer and giving me time to pay like afew days before it was delivered. The delivery process was very organized as well and i didnt have to lift a finger. Thank you AA team ! Now I have had my washer and dryer for 5months and has been working perfectly fine.

Recently made a purchase that there ended up being an issue with. I contacted them and returned the appliance. Marty was very concerned and immediately processed a refund for the appliance, no questions asked. The customer service provided was so appreciated. He also followed up a few days later to make sure the refund has processed and let us know that they appreciated our business! Despite the issue, they have a return customer just because of the way they handled the situation and the customer service went over and above. Highly recommend them as they stand being their products!

I got what I feel was a great deal on a washing machine and when there was a mix-up and the machine was sold to someone else they did what was right and delivered (even to my untrained eye) a nicer machine to my pleasant surprise. I had to leave a review and share my experience. I got some of the best customer service ever from the gentleman who assisted me. Instead just selling me a dryer to replace mine that was not drying he gave me an experiment to try andsee if it really needed to be replaced or if there was another problem that could easily be fixed. I went home and did what he said and was able to fix my dryer. He went out of his way to show me how to check it instead of just making a sell. That's tremendous business. I recommend them to any one looking for the best quality service and appliances!

They are some good people; I had an issue with a stainless refrigerator. I got my money back. I bought a dryer, refrigerator, and washer. I had no problems. I only had an issue with the side-by-side refrigerator. Recently, Havey, gave me a discount on another side-by-side refrigerator stainless steel.

I went in and thank God he had one set left washer and dryer. Very reasonable and quick service. While I was there people were just coming. Friendly service and some laughs in between. I will come back after I wash a load of clothes for additional review. I know reviews are important to me when shopping. Okay I back after a month. Washing machine works great but guess what dryer is not working now. It was already taking me to start it three times to get my clothes dry I should have known then. So I am calling and calling finally someone picks up. To tell me they will get back with me for a appointment. That's why I am not a big fan on used appliances so let me see how long this is going to take before they fix it SMH. Okay I am back well it took 2 days actually he got it back working thank you Jesus. It just comes along with buying anything use you just hope that you get a good one.

Purchased washer/dryer combo with delivery/install in August (9 months ago). Delivered on time, with two professional installation worker. Delivery was very good price, without any discounts. Washer and dryer were both inexpensive yet have worked flawlessly. AA appliance obviously finds good units or services the units it finds well. Washer/dryer came with 30 full warranty as well as inexpensive extended service plan (included automatically) which means they will repair it at fair cost if anything goes wrong after 30 days. I haven't needed to do any repairs as my units have been great. There are very few appliance stores which list all the prices right on the units and delivery/maintenance fees right on a big sign at the checkout desk. They let you schedule your delivery window right at checkout. Very straight-forward and reputable business. Price was very fair. If I buy another appliance in Atlanta, it will be a used one at AA. Same quality as a new one, but affordable and backed by a fantastic business. Thank you for being in business AA. 1 year update: Worked great for full year. Sold my units to a friend when I moved out.

Couldn't get same day delivery, but owner was able to take 3 of my old appliances and is willing to purchase them for a fair price when I thought they'd be scrapped! I went into the store time they opened this morning. I asked about a dryer. The young man that waited on me showed me several dryers. I explained to him that I had a dryer but it stopped drying. He asked me several questions about my dryer and then he told me about another part in which I didn’t know about to make it heat up. Then he politely said, “ here try this part “, which was a small piece. I said ok. I took the part home and got it onto my dryer and now it heats up. Bought a washer and dryer from them a year ago. The dryer needed minor repair. They came out the same day I called and fixed it in no time. My units are older, but they work well. If you don’t mind used appliances they are a great place to go.

Got a matching electric washer/dryer set for $375 total including delivery and installation. Except they didn't install the washing machines hot water all the way and told me I had to call my complexes maintenance to finish. So far both machines work great! They come with a 30 day warranty for them to come out and fix it, and a 6 month warranty for me to bring it into them to fix.

Good prices. Honored their 90 day warranty. We purchased a washer dryer set and the dryer wasn't drying. A worker came out and reposted a party, now it's working great.

My first visit there we were expecting our first and didn't have much money so the man who helped us waived the delivery fee. The washer lasted 2 years. I decided to get a replacement instead of having it fixed. The cost was 212! I could have added 50 more dollars and got a new washer. They're great for if you can find a deal.

Ok experience worked with & gave me a decent trade in value for my washer & dryer but the one I received from them was filthy took me almost 2 hours to clean it the dryer smelled like it came from a cigarette factory plus had several pieces of old gum inside of it also the lint filter was terrible, the washer machine was also pretty filthy with lots of old residue build up there was no way I was washing my clothes in the unit until it was throuughly clean distilled vinegar bleach & baking soda does the job ppl
