Fantastic customer service. Incredibly personable and helpful. Suggested a number of things to double check (I was fixing my dryer) before opening the part I was buying so I could return it if needed. Walked me through the quirks of the installation process that ai wasn't familiar with and ultimately saved me $100+ on the project. Highly recommend them!

On 9/9/2020, I awoke to find the spray arm nut on my dishwasher had busted while running a cycle overnight and the lower spray arm was out of whack. I searched online to learn what the part was called, which part number fit my machine, etc. I found several sites that would ship it for about twice the cost of the part, and it would arrive in about 12-16 days. I thought, "there's got to be a local place I can get this!" And there is!! I found Cashwell online, did a chat box with a very nice lady who called the AVL store to confirm they had the part in stock. Tom put the part aside for me and I was able to pick it up within the hour. The shop was easy to find, the place was clean, the people were friendly and helpful, and they were taking precautions during covid, which I appreciated. By lunch my dishwasher was fixed and all for under $5!! I am incredibly grateful for Cashwell Appliance Parts! Thank you!

I have never gotten anything but the most helpful and knowledgeable service here. I read comments about pricing. Well this isn't amazon, it's retail. They have exactly what you need, when you need it. Not waiting a week to get your fridge running etc. In particular there is a lovely woman that works there who knows the parts inside out and willing to share her knowledge. I've been shopping there for years, will for years to come

Cashwell Appliance has always had the parts my family has needed. Maybe costs a little more there, but they have it in stock so you can immediately get your appliance fixed. Have always been nice and friendly to us.

This is the 2nd time Cashwell pulled me out of a tough spot with just the right part(s) and helpful service. I would've had to call repair on both my washing machine and microwave oven except they knew, and had, the exact part to fix them, each less than $10. I trust them - they know their business!

I went in with a 1960s GE electric stove burner and the guy had it in his hand to replace before I even got to him at the counter! Incredibly knowledgeable staff, great service, and good inventory. I have used them in the past with equally good experience, even if they did not have an item on the shelf that I needed.
