I heard the radio commercials every morning for a while. I needed a good vacuum that was hepa rated and had bags, so i decided to go to Bell's Vacuums. I was greated by Robert and he was so nice and helpful; i felt like i left knowing more about vacuums than when i came in. He helped me choose which one i wanted and explained how it all works. I was very pleased that he showed me how to take apart parts of the vacuum to clean it. I honestly feel like I've been buying vacuums all wrong. I used to get cheap ones from a supermarket and replace it once it stopped working. Now i know that i can get my vacuum covered under warranty, but i can get it fixed too. I don't think i will need another vacuum for a long time! I've already recommended my dad to stop by!

Brought in a Dyson and they were kind enough to look at it. But they had it for a week or so and never called so I called them. Said they hadn't got to it yet but will soon. Fine. Next day I heard that the problem was with a part they weren't able to obtain so I could come pick it up. Ok. So I come to the store about 30 minutes before opening and see some activity thru the window. Maybe since it's just a simple pick-up I can knock on the window and they'll get the vacuum for me and I'll be on my way? That's what I do, knock on window and explain I'm here to pick up my vac. Employee says we open in 30 minutes, which I guess gives me the time to write this 3 star review, while I sit in my car and they can see me sitting in my car. Parking lot is cramped, awkward to get out of. Pretty store on the inside, though.

We've been getting some indoor air issues, dusty air, etc. With the hunker down order, I'd been researching how to get cleaner air - basically, the best thing to do is get a quality vacuum. Found Bell's Vacuums and can't believe I'd been driving right by it for so long. It's waaaay more than Oreck inside. Spoke with them at length about vacuums and features, engines, suction power, filtration, it was a great conversation and I ended up buying a vacuum. Vacuumed the entire house, and I can actually smell the difference in the home. It's amazing. Recommend that you ask them about bagged vacuums, a bag will always capture more dust and dirt than a bagless. They keep my warranty info in the store and I would work through them for warranty service. Great place to shop.

The Bells have been very pleasant to deal with over the years. I most appreciate them covering under warranty a casing that broke. I love how they do the annual tuneup. I use my vacuum nearly every day and love having a good vacuum in top shape.

Super friendly, helpful, and honest. Monte the technician was wonderful and made me a customer for life. Highly recommend for purchases or repair. Tia was the sales associate and very attentive to me even though she was helping another customer she welcomed me right away.The staff is knowledgeable. They are quite prompt in fixing the broken vacuum cleaners and following up The family owned business makes you feel like one of the family when you are there. They are knowledgeable about allergies and solutions; they were extremely helpful to me finding the solutions that seem best for my situation and went beyond expectations in thinking things through. I have purchased three vacuum cleaners and maybe 5 air cleaners from Bell's. There service is great and the brands they sell are reliable. Just upgraded and bought our first Miele. Never thought they could make a vacuum that is actually intuitive but they did!

Been here tons of times, they’ve fixed my vacuums, help me decide on the right buy, etc. small family owned shop does free estimates. They were kind enough to throw away my vacuum FOR FREE, after the FREE APPRAISAL, for my issue. I kinda assumed it was unfixable in the first place, but turns out they COULD fix it, just downside replacement parts made it not cost effective. They were very kind and professional, as usual, and I will continue use them for these reasons. THANK YOU BELL FAMILY!

What a wonderful experience. I went in, told the amazing staff what I was looking for, and he immediately pulled 3 vacuums that were best suited for my business needs. They told me the pros and cons of all three so I can make an educated decision. I will definitely recommend them time and time again
