They were so kind and amazing..the lady who helped me was so sweet..we bought a washer from here after my grandma was scammed out of 1600 dollars by Aaron's in Gallup for a washer that didn't work and banged around with every tiny load we put in..it made it super rough during the pandemic esp for us since we are a immune deficient household..well I finally went to Albuquerque for a doc appt and stopped at MSC appliance and boy they took good care of me and were so amazing ..they were even worried about me driving it all the way back to the Zuni rez and gave me advice so my washer would be ok..well I hooked it up and it's beautiful to hear a quiet washer and to be able to actually wash our clothes!! No more laundromat and spending thousands to drive to Gallup to wash our stuff..I totally suggest going here .they're appliances are good and for an amazing price!! Don't ever let ur kids or grandparents ever buy from anywhere else!!! Esp from rent to own!! Ur better off going here!!! I love u guys so much!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Real. Good. People. An absolute pleasure to do business with! The MSC Family went above and beyond to make sure we had the right machine for our place out of town. Their website showed what they had in stock and we were given exactly what we ordered online. They showed us how the machines worked right there in the shop and helped to load the machines quickly and smartly in our vehicle. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back when we’re in need of new used appliances. :)

I bought a house and it didn't come with a refrigerator. After looking around at several stores, I came upon MSC Appliance. They had a good selection of appliances and it is pretty easy to tell that they take pride in servicing the machines they sell. I picked a large refrigerator that had the compressor recently replaced. I purchased it on a Sunday and it was delivered that Thursday. Their delivery person was professional and made sure all the lines were properly installed. He had an emergency and had to leave quickly, but after addressing his issue, came back and hauled away an old washer and dryer that were left in the house. Overall, I couldn't recommend this company more. They're friendly, knowledgeable and sell appliances that rivaled everything else I saw in town at a fraction of the cost. I'm sure I will use them again in the future.

MSC service is amazing. The salesperson was knowledgable, accommodating, and found us the perfect refrigerator at a great price. The delivery person connected and set everything up, then did a beautiful job of cleaning up afterwords. We arrived at the store at 9:00 AM, in desperate need, and by 1:00 PM that day I was loading food into my beautiful new/used refrigerator. Can not recommend them enough. If you need appliances, MSC is your place!

Having to replace a fridge on short notice, I was anticipating a stressful experience. Quite the opposite. Stephanie greeted me as soon as I got in the door. The delivery man, Trace- extremely efficient, courteous, cautious, patient and kind. Steph answered one of my inquiries on FB marketplace and sent me all the info I wanted to make a decision. The delivery was also very smooth. On time and even got a courtesy call they were on their way. If you don’t have 2K to drop on a set, I recommend you go here. The customer service from MSC was great - they called to confirm the delivery a half hour before arrival as promised. Delivery was during the scheduled time - installer was professional and friendly - answered all my questions. Installation was quick and uncomplicated. One of the things I like about this business is that I was able to handle pretty much everything over the phone. I was able to order what I needed, schedule the delivery and set-up all while being deployed without any added worry or concern about the job getting done. The same day I contacted MSC, I reached out to several other places to shop comparatively. None of them contacted me back. The quietest responses spoke the loudest. If you or someone you know is looking for some new appliances, please consider calling these folks first. They will address any problems you have or concerns and make sure you are a satisfied customer.

I looked at several places to buy a refrigerator and read reviews. MSC LLC was my choice and was a great experience. The staff spent time with me when I was in the store and helped get the measurements and showed me the inventory of the size and cubic foot of side by sides I was interested in. The delivery was just a great even patient with the cleaning when the old fridge was moved. I highly recommend MSC LLC if you are looking for really great prices and service and appliances you are looking for. Their inventory does change and going to the store is your best way to check out the appliances.

I bought a NICE fridge from these folks in May 2021! After searching all day knowing that my food was going bad at home I walked in to this place and that was the BEST thing I ever did!! The 2 ladies up front were SO HELPFUL and after telling them that I needed it that day, thinking I was going to lose $200 worth of groceries, these wonderful ladies were able to fit me in! I had my fridge delivered in 2 hours!! The delivery guy was just as great, very professional, kind & courteous. I'm definitely going to there again to get my washer and dryer!!! The oven door now closes tight to the thermo gasket and we can see what's going on inside the oven while it's in use . DEFINATELY RECOMMEND After reading a few of the other reviews, I totally agree about the staff and service! I was in desperate need of a certain size refrigerator at a good price. Having already had headaches with another local dealer, Shari was refreshing with her great customer relations, product knowledge and multi-tasking. The day I went in, there was a fridge that had not yet been priced and I liked it. Turns out the price was right, and we settled on the phone. (Super convenient). Original delivery was for a Tuesday, yet, at the last minute, it was delivered the next day, Saturday! John, who delivered the fridge, was so nice, strong and patient! After the install, which required removing the doors to get it in, John went over the invoice, and I learned I have 14 days to change my mind as to "color, size..." AND a 90-day warranty! Thank you so much, MSC Appliance, you ARE awesome! MSC APPLIANCE IS LOCAL AND PROVES IT!

We had a very good experience with both in-shop staff (Sherry) and delivery (Trace) from MSC Appliance. We bought a stove and had it delivered to our home. Sherry was courteous and gave us the space/time to shop while being available to answer any questions we had. Trace delivered, hooked up and cleaned the new-used stove very efficiently, completely and amicably, making sure all the gas connections were safe. He also took away our old stove efficiently. We came way from this experience with much confidence in MSC and its staff.

Great prices, quick and easy. Found a freezer on Craigslist, went in and picked it up in 15 minutes for basically half the price of buying new. No regrets yet, I’ll be sure to post if I have any issues Update: freezer broke after a week, but the owner offered a free repair for it. Since I’m several hours away from him, I didn’t thing that was a good idea for me, he allowed me to get a full refund for it.

So I purchased a refrigerator from MSC about a month ago which is running and working great just like the day it showed up. These guys offer an impressive warranty because they are confident in their work and it shows. I wanted to share my experience mostly because of the customer service though. Every interaction I had was pleasant and professional. Good luck finding better prices than MSC but the honesty and quality here from my experience are the best around.

MSC is a great place to shop for used appliances. I bought a used washing machine, and I like the fact that they sell clean products. They clean their washers from the inside out. The mid to late 2000's Kitchenaid washer I purchased was in pristine condition, and it works great. Best of all, no blinking lights, annoying songs or automatic locks to drive me crazy anymore! I felt like doing a dance the first time I ran a load through it. Anthony and Sheri were friendly salespeople, and they were very patient in answering my questions over the phone. There were a couple repair techs who were helpful as well, and I think one of them was Jerry. I'm very happy I took the time to check the reviews before buying used, and I will go back to MSC for other major appliances.

GREAT SELECTION, AMAZING PRICES, INCREDIBLE SERVICE MSC refurbished appliances are top notch with a large selectionfrom entry level to all the bells and whistles. I scored a fancy fridge for 1/3 the price of buying it new from a big box store. The customer service here is so ridiculously good, it makes you feel like you got time warped back to the 1960's! Everyone is pleasant and professional. Any problems or concerns I had were dealt with immediately and exceeded my expectations. Total opposite of what you can expect from a big box purchase. You would be loco to shop anywhere else!

The installer (Chase?) was professional and proficient my condo is less than easily accessible and he was just super understanding....and (Sharrie) the sales representative was kind and not pushy a d well informed... Shari is great!!! Let me start off by saying she responded to my v/mail in a timely manner and was very friendly, polite, kind and professional which is so hard to come by these days... She heard me out as far as my appliance issue goes and stated she would get back to me ASAP with answers and a resolution to my major appliance issue which was a big job and a big pain. Well long story short the manufacturer reached out to me in between calls and agreed to fix my lemon. Shari got back to me like she said she would shortly after with a tech ready to get to me and all the answers and all the willingness and readiness to fix my appliance. Needless to say I didn’t use there services in the end due to the manufacture covering my issue but with this kind of care, attention and response I received from Shari I will definitely not forget them and surely use them in the future with any other appliance issues I may have... Because of a divorce, I had to start over entirely from scratch. After purchasing a new home with no refrigerator and washer and dryer, I started looking everywhere for a good deal. After deciding buying new wasn't worth it to me, I found MSC Appliances through Offer up. My dad and I drove from the Westside to the store on Lomas. We visited with the owner, Steve, and really connected to his honesty and straightforwardness. I purchased all three appliances and scheduled the delivery. Steve came out right on time and set everything up. He is respectful and friendly. He offers a 90 day parts and labor warranty and that is much appreciated. The fridge I bought had an issue that Steve came out and fixed, then when it appeared again, Steve made it right and exchanged the product. This business is wonderful and I tell everyone about it. Ran with integrity, you won't be disappointed with your dealings with MSC Appliances.

He listened to the fact that I wanted an extra large capacity then listened to specific capabilities I was looking for and helped me choose from the selection they had at the store. We absolutely loved It and felt like we got a steal of a deal. Next we got a gas oven at a fantastic price. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and matched us with the perfect one for our needs with the color, size, and extra warming settings. We’re now moving away out of state and needed a fridge and decided it was better for us to buy it now and drive it over than risk not finding a company we can love and trust in Utah. I was skeptical after Bob's closed down and was worried about taking care of appliance needs (I'm a landlord, it comes up) and I just stopped in here to see if it was worth my time. Robby, the fellow who helped me out in store was always courteous, prompt, and helpful. I was pretty excited, thinking I'd found a great appliance replacement store. The prices are reasonable. The help in store is quite good. The selection is good and the state of the appliances seems solid. Delivery on the fridge I bought got complicated and communication was pretty bad. Now that it has arrived it is covered in scuffs and is moderately dented on one side. It could have been worse but it could certainly have been better. Overall I think the business is decent and probably better than trying with a larger, commercial company- I just have left a bad taste in my mouth about the communication and final state of the appliances bought after delivery.

Sherry was so helpful! She knew exactly what I was looking for, after questioning what they had in the show room. mostly the washers were not the size I wanted. She took me to the back to show me a large GE washer, it was exactly what I was looking for. I did buy the delivery and installation which took a few days but that was fine. Once the guy got here he informed me the washer had no water hoses and I needed to purchase them separately. I was not informed of this prior to delivery and ended paying the installer an extra 25$ for the hose. I have used the washer a few times since I got and all seems well.

Excellent service. Quick and easy process purchasing. What was truly exceptional was the delivery, set up, and ensuring that the washing machine worked properly. Daryl delivered the machine today - perfectly within the delivery window. He was polite, courteous, and helpful, carefully installing the machine, and even suggesting that the water lines might be getting rusty and that we might consider replacing them in a year, which he didn't have to do. He ran the machine through tests to make sure it worked and cleaned off the machine before leaving. They weren't positive that the machine was filling properly so they sent out Carlos - also awesome - right away to double check that it was working properly. Carlos was also efficient, courteous, and polite and made sure the machine was filling properly. Am referring business to MSG in the future. Thanks a lot, folks!

MSC Appliance has incredible customer service. Robby help me out over the phone when I called to purchase a dryer but he informed me the dryer I had inquired about was sold. Robby was kind enough to go to the sales floor and look at all his dryers and give me the description of the units so I could look them up online and make a decision on witch one to get and he also gave me all the info and function of each unit. Great place for reconditioned appliances! Looked all over town and couldn't find a place that was as honest and professional as this one. Great prices and a legit warranty, how can you go wrong? He found one in the back that was still in the the reconditioning process. I will be getting it next week. MSC Appliance has a 90 day warranty. They will deliver for a fee. They have stoves, washer, dryers, and refrigerators. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend getting your next used appliance there and ask for Robbie. He is awesome.

In April 2019 my parents' washer & dryer needed to be replaced as fast and as inexpensively as possible. Yeah, this review is a year later, but it is also a testimonial to the fact that our experience with MSC was great! MSC Appliance keeps their inventory of appliances up-to-date on their website and they have very good prices. They had a good selection of electric washers & dryers which was a requirement for us, especially for the dryer. The staff was very helpful in pointing out all of the electric w & d's they had ready to go and even took us out back to show us the ones that had just come in that were being cleaned and repaired. MSC does a very brisk business of like-new appliances as well as ones that are perfectly fine but a few years old. We didn't feel any pressure at all from the staff, only from the steady stream of customers coming through the door who were choosing what they wanted more quickly than we were. The sale was smooth and easy and we added delivery and installation to the total price because they would also take away our old w & d. The delivery guy showed up exactly at the time we had arranged, calling us to let us know his e.t.a. before arriving. It took less than 30 minutes for him to remove our old appliances and install the new ones. The washer and dryer have been working perfectly and my parents are extremely pleased! Also, MSC Appliance hablan español. This is helpful for the many spanish speakers who live in the area. We will *definitely* shop at MSC Appliance again!

The was an issue with it that came up after a month or so, so Steve, the owner, came over to try to resolve it. He worked on it for awhile and was not able to get it right, so he suggested swapping it out for a different one. Now everything is good. It is important to Steve to make his customers happy. We had our “top of the line” dryer go belly-up on us yet again. Tired of all the high costs associated with repairing it we decided to go back to something more basic but still with some bells and whistles but without the cost of buying a new unit. These guys have it all! We even ended up buying a VERY nice Viking fridge as well, while we were there. The costs are more than reasonable and the knowledge and courteous service were a welcome change to the pressure of commercially owned retail appliance stores.
