Taryn PowellJust purchased a washer/dryer set this weekend, and we are very happy with the whole experience. Was caught off guard when my fairly new set unexpectedly died and I was not looking forward to dropping over $1200 on a new set. Then I found Edith Appliance. They had a nice refurbished set, for less than half the price of a new set. Not only did they provide free next day delivery and 100 day warranty, but they took my old set as a “ trade in”! The whole experience was quick, convenient and the staff was very helpful. Got my “new ones” delivered today and they even Hooked them up for me and and I just love em! Thanks! ( I Originally posted this over year ago, in June 2021).
Since writing the original review our refurbished dryer from Edith Appliance stopped working. So I called them and explained the situation and despite it being WELL past the 100 day warranty, they replaced the dryer with a newer, nicer dryer and only charged me a small delivery fee!! This company stands behind their products. They treat their customers with respect and they honor their work! We are customers for life!!
