Stellar customer service! Our 9 year old refrigerator/freezer completely died and in less than 24 hours we had a new one delivered and installed and cooling nicely. Daniel was wonderful helping us choose the perfect refrigerator to fit our kitchen cabinet space and had the exact features we desired. Joey was at the house first thing in the morning and carefully installed the new fridge and professionally explained how everything worked. I could not be more pleased and feel so very grateful for the professionalism and care during this stressful situation.

I literally went to five stores and would wait 15 to 30 minutes and not be approached be approached by anyone. But the I went to Builders Source Appliance Gallery, which seemed more bougie, and they queued me in the system and Justin assisted me. I initially wanted a Bosch 300 or 500 dishwasher but apparently those are on back order for 1 to 2 years. He showed me all the models and offered the pros and cons, and I ended up with an LDP6810BD. Surprisingly, I got my dishwasher the following weekend. The delivery people were wonderful as well. Would recommend

Excellent service as always, I won’t buy appliances anywhere else! The Sunday morning surprise was that the fridge was dead and we needed a new one. Went to visit my expert friend Catherine at Builder’s Source, she found just what I needed, in stock, and had it set up for delivery for Tuesday. Christian had it installed with top notch attention to detail, and really appreciated how careful his team was with getting the old one out and the new one in with no damage to the house. Tiffany was fantastic to deal with, and the washer and dryer are truly excellent and I love them! According to other reviews, some of the delivery folks are excellent, but that was NOT my experience. Richard fell way short of what should have happened during a delivery. Extremely rushed (even tho he was way ahead of schedule) very dismissive of questions and concerns, and when asked if his rather alarming tweaks to the existing (brand new) inlet faucets would be okay and not leak, he said "I hope so!" Not at all reassuring, especially for a $2000 laundry pair. The real star is Tiffany. Ask for her when buying! And request a different delivery driver.

Mac and his associate delivered my new refrigerator and stove which was a bit tricky to get the appliances as they had to wheel them around the yard to get to the sliding glass door since all the other doors are too small. they set the units in place and set them up and tested them. They were a pleasure to work with. Overall with Builders Source was a very easy experience.

Builder's Source Appliances has very well chosen products (do your own comparison and see the difference in value), knowledgeable people answer the phones, help you with your purchase, update you with your shipment and the two times I've had appliances delivered the delivery people were timely, careful and professional. Had a good experience buying a dishwasher at appliance liquidators. Several options that fit my needs, in stock. I checked reviews online and found a whirlpool I liked. Salesman (Jacob) was easy to work with, helpful, not pushy, and price matched. Delivery was available 2 days later. Gabe delivered and installed the dishwasher. He was very courteous and called twice that day with updates on delivery. Took him less than 30 minutes to unload, install and clean up. Very pleased!!

I am so pleased to get the Whirlpool side by side refrigerator that was special ordered for me! In this current situation which I attribute to COVID closures, I know appliances can be difficult to purchase. It is especially difficult when the buyer wants a specific model in black (yep, that’s me!). Jimmy was very helpful in placing the order and gave me a call in February to assure me he was keeping track of my order. Today the delivery men were very courteous and careful as they removed my old refrigerator and installed my beautiful new one. They worked several minutes to get it leveled and the doors aligned just right. It’s so spacious!

Ordered a dishwasher from Builders Source, unfortunately it came damaged. They were able to order a replacement part to potentially fix the damage. Almost a month later and we’ve received no updates or confirmations on the replacement parts. When attempting to get updates today from Builders Source, I’m told by the secretary that I must talk to the associate who sold me the dishwasher who happened to be out of the office for the day. I’m told to leave a voicemail, all I want is a quick update on the item? No one else in the office is capable of looking it up? She then sarcastically tells me that I could stay on hold for 45 minutes if I wanted. Not very helpful... Simply wanted an update on a part...

This place was very very helpful! My refrigerator decided to die in the middle of August. So we went to Lowe's and they didn't have anything in stock and the delivery date was pushed back so far until September. So we happened to pass by this place and then we stopped at it. The people are so nice and helpful! I found a refrigerator I like it ended up being sold already no, but they found one nearly identical and gave me a big discount! Their delivery wait was a week. So much better than Lowe's, not having a refrigerator in the middle of August is not fun definitely recommend this place!

Joe had our refrigerator replaced without question in case it was the refrigerator. It ended up being a circuit breaker not able to handle the defrost cycle in the middle of the night. I am so impressed with the customer service and quality of appliances that Builders Source provides. I purchased a washer and dryer, oven, and dishwasher from them. Everything was in stock and available for rapid delivery. I would have bought a refrigerator as well but the model we wanted went out of stock the day I purchased everything else. The dishwasher model I wanted was also not available and they weren't expecting any product for many months. They recommended a comparable Asko model. Some research showed this to be a good alternative. Turns out the Asko dishwasher is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. All the products were professionally installed. We chose Builder's Choice over Lowes or Home Depot for the purchase of an induction range. The reason was the assumption that the staff at Builder's Source would be more knowledgeable, which was absolutely true. Tony was awesome and was able to help us rapidly understand the differences in the various models we were considering. Delivery was as promised and the guys that came out were professional and, more importantly, very careful. We did end up with a problem around service but to me, it's never about the problem, only the solution. They worked diligently to come up with a solution that was acceptable to all parties and I am happy with the end result.

I went to Baillos on Menual and San Mateo in Albuquerque NM. After having a horrible experience at Appliance Liquidators located at 2509 Commercial NE in Albuquerque. The sales representative at Appliance Liquidators was Tony Aguirre. He all about himself getting the sale. He didn't explain details on front load washer and gave me wrong information regards ....to old pedestal at home working with new washer I had purchased. .. Then when you call him back he doesn't care to return customers calls. I cancelled my purchase with Applicance Liquidators and went to Baillos instead. The sales representative Martha G. Cano was very knowledgeable, compassionate and had excellent customer skills. Martha listened to what I needed in a front load washing machine. She answered all my questions and went over reviews on the model of the clothes washer per my request. She scheduled my delivery and explained the warranty. On the day of the deliver on 1/9/2021 the order # 6075861 Caleb O. Arrived to deliver front load washing machine. He arrived alone set up my washer on the pedestal and the hauled away old washer. He was very nice, knowledgeable and quick. I was very impressed with Caleb O. Excellent customer experience. I would definitely Recommend Baillos for appliances . Very happy with my washer and the great customer service experience with Martha G. Cano. I will definitely be shopping at Baillos again soon.

Every time there was a problem (even due to them) we were placed at the bottom of the list for service. They made an adjustment for us, but even for that we had to phone and phone . It was not a five star experience.

I purchased several appliances from Builders Source in November 2016. One of those was a Miele Futura Crystal dishwasher. This was an expensive dishwasher, $1600.00. At 2 1/2 years the Miele quit working. Builders Source came out for the service call. To repair this dishwasher it is going to cost about $930.00. I did contact Miele and explain the situation and they offered a 25% discount on parts, a $145.00 savings. This Miele was supposed to last 20 years. I understand that it was going to need maintenance to make it last that long. I did not think those expenses would take place at 2 1/2 years in. I am happy with my other purchases and with the service repairman who came out. Miele is a terrible product and Miele USA are terrible to work with on the phone. I would not recommend Miele to anyone. I will not be repairing this machine. I purchased another Whirlpool, my last one lasted 10 years at a fraction of the cost. I also decided to get my Whirlpool from a big box store and not Builders Source.
