Our 10 year old fridge was not salvageable and our repair man recommended your company. We were able to find a suitable replacement (we had constraints with needing a counter depth fridge) order it and have it delivered with our old fridge hauled off in just a couple of days. The delivery folks were efficient, friendly and professional. The tracking system for delivery was amazing! Very happy with the product and service. Highly recommended.

Customer service was 👍😃 great! We brought washing machine home, it's not as good as the Maytag we had before. This new LG is not cleaning clothes as the Maytag. We have been putting dial on HEAVY SOIL and that's it and high spin. It's a long haul back to Albuquerque to return it. It also uses more water. No water setting or weighing of clothes for water saver. 😔

I bought several appliances from here and it was a fantastic experience. Our salesperson, Stephen, has been extremely helpful during the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and was able to go into great detail on every appliance we looked at. He took the time to help us navigate the different options and features across the different companies. He helped us with ensuring the appliances would properly fit. When we ran into issues he was quick to help us sort out the issues. We interacted with the different delivery teams and they were all great. I can't say I experienced better delivery service from another company. Their delivery teams are friendly and very knowledgeable. When they run into issues, they have the knowledge and experience to figure out a solution. They are extremely careful and considerate of your house. They possess integrity and are quick to point out if they bump or scratch anything while installing the appliances. I only had one small issue where there was a small scratch on one of the appliances. While it was subtle the delivery team were quick to notify me. And my salesperson, Stephen, was helpful in helping me sort out the issue. Great place in town for buying appliances. I strongly recommend them. I have not experienced service like this from an appliance company. Well done.

WOW! what excellent service. My washer went kaput on Saturday afternoon, called Kenny and i now have a new washer at 8:30 a.m. on the following Monday. I love Appliance Liquidators. They are so affordable! I had a refrigerator and gas stove delivered 40 miles from Albuquerque, and the charge was only $40. In comparison, to have a plumber come from Abq to Moriarty costs $150 or more. The delivery men were courteous and efficient. You couldn't ask for more!

I want to say thank you to all the wonderful team at Appliance Liquidators for helping me and my Partner. You all were magnificent. On Sunday the 29th our Fridge went out, and right after a big Costco trip. My husband and I did everything we could to troubleshoot ourselves and even called out a separate Maintenence man on Monday (the holiday) to look it over since everyone else was closed. Our Compressor was shot. New home owners but not a new fridge haha. So Tuesday we hurried over to Appliance Liquidators and found a fridge we liked. It was a floor model and looked in great condition and in our budget. Unfortunately, this fridge didn’t get up to temp either within 24hrs which was a bummer and slight hiccup, but we went in on Friday evening and they helped us find a similar fridge and called it an even trade. They came and took the old ones and installed the new ones. My food and frozen items have never been colder. Victory! The manager even provided us with 1 year extended warranty. We LOVE the new one. I’d like to again thank Stephen and Jeremy (I believe his name was that assisted us Friday), and the Manager for the kind and top-notch customer service. You guys went above and beyond to provide us with our needs and to the fastest of your capabilities when we were in a high stress situation. Lost all of our food due to long time frames of not being cooled but that’s a small negative in all the positive they were able to accomplish for us on such a busy installation schedule. Highly recommend this place to any home owners that want quality but not for the brand new box store price. Their service was impeccable.

It's been an up an up and down experience, the reason I'm leaving 5 stars is because I got resolution and the people that made it happen turned our experience from what could have been awful to positive. My husband and I built our own house and bought all appliances from appliance liquidators. Jacob was AMAZING start to finish . There isn't enough positive words to express my gratitude for his hard work and dedication to making things right for us. Jerry and Dominic who installed our dishwasher were wonderful as well paying attention to detail and staying to see everything through. Mistakes happen but they did everything right by us and I would recommend Jacob, Jerry and Dominic a thousand times over. Jacob, is hands down the best salesman because he does what's right for the customer he is honest and was patient with me even when I was upset he stayed calm, professional and advocated for me. This company is lucky to have him .

I can't say enough about the terrific service I received throughout the sales and installation process. During the sales process, Stephen made several trips back to the main desk to get me information on a number of gas ranges at different price points. At no time did he try to up sell me or make me feel that I didn't know what I wanted. I bought the range on a Monday and they scheduled delivery for Friday. First thing Friday morning Caleb called to give me an ETA for installation of 1:00 to 2:00 pm. He called me a little before 11:00 am to let me know that they could install earlier if I agreed. I said great and they were there within 15 minutes. They removed the old range, gave me time to clean up and installed the new one. Caleb went over the operating instructions answered my questions all within 30 minutes of arrival. I have a galley kitchen and they navigated the small hallway beautifully. Both Caleb and Mike were very polite. Caleb was very professional and friendly. It was an all round super experience for someone who has had not so super experiences elsewhere in the past. Will use them exclusively in the future.

After 11 years of heavy usage our washer did its last load. It was time to buy a new matching pair. We first visited Home Depot for delivery dates and price comparisons and they were a couple of weeks out, so we went to Appliacnce Liquidators and met up with Tony Aguirre who walked us through several options and to our surprise we were able to pick up a set from their warehouse the same day and at a better price than the other guy. What a great experience and no high pressure sales. Got the set we wanted at a price we could afford. Tony was outsanding!

Great prices, nice folks, same day pickup with online ordering. Home Depot tried to charge me $150 more than these folks for a dishwasher. Support these guys or you’ll be stuck paying wildly hiked up prices with expensive and/or delayed deliveries.

Great service. Needed to purchase a refrigerator on short notice. The sales associate guided me through the purchase by asking in-depth questions and giving me some in-stock options. Would buy from them again. I'll warn that you have to first, go to the main location and pickup warehouse paperwork. Then, you can actually drive to a different location to pickup your order. Seems like a cumbersome process simplified by email confirmations.

What a great experience! Kenny did a fantastic job and helped me bring a dishwasher, cooktop, oven, built in microwave and vent hood in UNDER budget! He listened carefully to what I wanted, helped me figure out what I needed and made it happen. I am delighted! Delivery and installation charges were minimal, and I got a mix of new in box items and a couple that were customer returns - screaming deals to be had. My refrigerator broke and I have no truck or muscle to move it out of my house. So I was shopping around for a refrigerator with next day or same day delivery and could find nobody to help soon enough. I'd like to write two reviews (a five star and a one star) but I'll settle for the middle ground and tell you the story... Purchased a new dishwasher and a "scratch and dent" fridge (replaced motherboard). Tony helped us pick these out and was very helpful. Get home, self install both. Next day, fridge breaks down. Repair comes out same day and says it's DOA - new motherboard needed. We were meant to be leaving that day but had to change plans. Call and speak to manager - Brad who offered no help whatsoever. Load broken fridge on to truck and return. Brad doesn't care once again. Jacob helps us and we explain situation. We need a fridge that day as we are renting our home in 2 days time. He helps us pick out another fridge we can take home that day but no delivery. Jacob comes to our house after work to help us out. Awesome guy! We need more Jacobs in the world and less Brads!!!

Great service, friendly, knowledgeable. Prices ok, but pretty much the same as Home Depot (on new out!of the box). We bought the washer new, and the dryer with small scratch (saved about $100 on the dryer). The difference is professional sales staff, and not a big box store! We went in to look at refrigerators and a young man named Mark helped us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He knew information about each brand, the ins and outs of each fridge we looked at, including the stove tops and dishwashers. We ended up purchasing a fridge and mattress. Mark has been communicative and stayed in contact throughout the process. After everything was delivered, he checked in with us to ensure we were taken care of. Steven Montoya and Ronnie Baca delivered our refrigerator. They were very professional and make sure everything was satisfactory and worked correctly. They showed us the various settings and how to best use our refrigerator. Manuel and Julian delivered our mattress today. They were also very helpful, and professional. Overall we are extremely happy with our experience with Appliance Liquidators and their staff.

My refrigerator decided to die in the middle of August! So I went to the usual places like Lowe's and Home Depot. However, all their basic refrigerators were sold out. And even if they did have them the delivery wasn't going to be in till sometime in September. So I wanted to look at a smaller local business and on our way to baillos, we just happened to pass by the appliance Liquidators showroom.( I think that's what it is) We decided to stop and give it a chance! So happy that we did, as me and my mom were going everywhere and calling everyone that day for a refrigerator. I got a very good on a stainless steel refrigerator. Their delivery schedule was like a week out, which wasn't bad at all! Thankfully my stepfather picked up the refrigerator and brought it to my house! Everyone was super nice and very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place! (I already have to my sister) It was super easy to get in and get out. And now I have an awesome brand new refrigerator that actually stays cold yay! Sorry for the long winded review!

loved the experience of working with this company. my under the cabinet fridge wasn’t cooling and I took it in and they gave me an estimate to fix. the cost was over half of new so I decided to purchase a new one from them. it was in stock to boot. they applied 1/2 the service and diagnostic fee to the purchase of a new one and I couldn’t have been happier. Ms. dalton was extremely helpful in my choosing a replacement unit. then when I went to pick it up a young lady(can’t remember her name) was so helpful and friendly. she processed my order on friday at 4:45pm before a big holiday weekend. I was shocked she wasn’t making me feel awful for coming in a few minutes before closing. overall I was amazed at the great customer service of this place. I went back to my business and raved about how much much help I was given. I wish google had 6 stars because this whole company deserves it.
