Aaron is amazing. I'm writing this review because people don't know that acupuncture can work on other things besides pain and menopause symptoms. My husband was having severe digestive issues, to the point that he could barely eat. Doctors were shrugging their shoulders at us and suggesting another series of invasive tests that he'd already been through that had shown nothing. Honestly, we were feeling pretty hopeless so we decided to give acupuncture a try. Aaron did an incredibly thorough intake and worked extensively with my husband on his diet as well as some of the other health issues he had; I can't begin to tell you how knowledgeable he is. By the end of a few visits, my husband was able to eat again! He slowly expanded his diet and a lot of his other health issues cleared up because he wasn't malnourished anymore. He's gained a bunch of weight back and is incredibly happy and much healthier. He's even able to eat out at restaurants with me again! Aaron is lifesaving, his staff is super friendly, and I encourage you to give him a try.

For a year and a half I suffered miserably with sciatica to the point of being unable to walk. I saw a spine specialist twice and got cortisone shots. I got physical therapy for three months. The pain recurred. I returned to Aaron Kwan, whom I had seen four years ago for relief from migraine. Within a month I was pain-free. Aaron is compassionate and capable. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr, Kwan truly saved me. When I arrived at his office I was not able to eat anything and have it stay in my system. I went to my doctor and she was able to help me up to a point and was left with nothing else she could do. That is when I turned to Dr. Kwan and he working with me one on one and is helping me so much I feel like I have my life back. He truly cares.

At Kwan acupuncture Aaron always goes the extra mile to deliver thoughtfully designed treatments for each of his patients. There’s is always little to no wait time as Aaron exceeds at seeing his patients at the time of their appointment. I have been seeing Aaron for several weeks now during which he has been helping me with my peripheral neuropathy that I had acutely succumb to. With Aaron’s help I am now cane free and working my way toward being fully employed once again. I cannot recommend seeking out Aaron’s care enough. He is truly a wizard. Kwan saved me, and I m not exaggerating. I suffered from daily migraines-extreme fatigue, head pain, severe ear pain, slurred speech and balance problems with walking very problematic. Kwan after a few sessions sent me for various tests and it turns out I had a stroke with a major artery clotted closed. I am so grateful-many doctors I thought I was only a migraine patient. I attend sessions regularly and no longer have migraines and slowly improving stroke symptoms . If kwan had not sent me for testing saying you are having more than migraine-occlusion causing further stroke may have continued- instead all my doctors jumped into action with medications, therapy and testing for my revelry. I am grateful. Highly recommended .

I can only say wonderful things about Aaron! I went to see him as I was suffering from neuralgia and neuropathy following my receiving the first of the two Covid vaccines. Before starting acupuncture, I had seen a neurologist and ENT doctor, but there was little they could do with my symptoms. I started going for treatments with Aaron twice/week, and after several months, my symptoms lessened and then dissipated. Aaron was patient, flexible with his approach and optimistic. His assistant, Caroline, was also very helpful in arranging appointments for me given my work schedule. I recommend Kwan Acupuncture highly and would not hesitate to return if need be in the future!

Nursing is the only industry today that manually lifts 50lbs or more. This takes a toll on our muscles and skeleton. Several years ago I injured my shoulder while lifting a patient. I never sought treatment because it didn’t feel serious. As the years continued, the inflammation got worse. I suffered increasingly with neck, shoulder and back tension along with localized headaches. Nine years following this injury I met with Aaron for acupuncture treatments. During our first meeting he helped me understand how acupuncture worked. The needles created an injury and the body immediately promotes healing by bringing blood flow to the site of injury. Additionally we both shared the believe that approaching any treatment with a positive frame of mind was incredibly important. I got relief after just one treatment and it blew me away. After nine years living with a rock hard trapezius muscle, I felt better with each treatment. As I improved I began to feel scared to feel better. It seemed impossible to live without pain. However Aaron and a friend reminded me no one deserves to live with pain. What a journey! My localized headaches no longer occur, pain is significantly decreased and is absolutely tolerable now. Aaron recommended daily use of a heating pad which I applied while watching TV at home and saw Arron twice weekly. I’ve also done lower back treatments and it’s incredible the relief I feel almost immediately. My progress and results is phenomenal. Aaron is an incredible practitioner. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional, kind, compassionate, straightforward and funny. He is a joy to talk with. He listens to my concerns and adjusts the treatments accordingly. He has a fantastic website with information about acupuncture and current research. He is dedicated to his practice and patient care. I highly recommend Aaron for acupuncture treatments.
