A week ago I was skeptic... First visit a combo visit.. A week free of pain that lingered for 6 months..Totally glad I chose Bronx Wellness Acupuncture for my treatment have to admit working in the medical field you read about Eastern Medicine with wonderment..Today was my second visit, Lorna was great !knowledgeable,precise and educational. The Reception Staff was on point and a very nice setting.. Definitely recommended to all those considering.

I got a relaxation massage and it was awesome! The masseuse was very friendly and asked important questions about health and if the pressure during the message was good. She was also very gentle and took her time. I even fell asleep at one point.The receptionist is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Minimal wait time and the place is very clean, quiet and comfortable. I will totally go back and recommend to everyone.

I’ve been to Bronx wellness a few times, usually I book with Tiffany because she is amazing but I needed something sooner than she was available for. I paid for a 90min deep tissue massage and got shorted 15 mins which was very disappointing. Although my massage was great I wanted my 15 mins.. lol... 15 min is a lot in the massage world and just felt like I didn’t get what I paid for.I’m sure my therapist was aware also because there is a clock inside the rooms. I didn’t bring it up to them because I felt like the therapist was tired himself.

The staff is amazing! Everyone at the front desk is polite, professional and very helpful. They will provide courtesy calls for those who are like me and tend to not write things down. Every masseuse is great in their own way!! Will continue to be a member and tell all my friends and family members about this location.

Love Lorna, and everyone so far. Lorna was very helpful with my needs.. The girl in the front was a little unprofessional. I would have given you 5 stars, but the receptionist may need to be trained in dealing with customers.

Have been receiving deep tissue and reflexology massages for about 5 months now. My therapist Carlos Jimenez is awesome in relieving stress in shoulders, back, and spinal issues that I have due to spinal stenosis and pinched nerve. Very professional, clean, and pleasant atmosphere and soothing relaxing music is accompanied by massages.. All holistic approach. Thank you Bronx Wellness Center for giving me some relief. My massage with Brandy was in the top 3 of all massages I've ever had. She was kind, gentle, precise, and listened exactly to what I needed (I had a shoulder/neck strain situation that needed careful handling). Impeccable. The facility itself is nice, more of a medical office feel, which I expected, as opposed to a spa. The walls are a bit thin so I could hear some conversation outside the door of the treatment room, but it didn't really affect my enjoyment of the experience. Front desk receptionist was pleasant. I have not experienced other therapists, but I have met the owner briefly at a charity event and Mr. Salazar was very personable. Bronx Community Wellness is a great addition to Westchester Square, where I work - wherever possible, I support local businesses and I'm so glad to have them here. I'm considering a monthly membership, which offers discounted service rates for massage and acupuncture.

OMG! This place is a little hidden gem in the Bronx. I purchased a groupon for a therapeutic massage for my birthday. I read the profiles on their website & some reviews and requested an an appointment with Albert. Albert is a professional, kind & a master at his craft. He conducted a consultation prior to beginning the massage and I informed him of areas of concerns. I feel like I'm floating on cloud nine. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for two weeks and will most likely purchase their membership! Thanks so much for the great service. P.S. The two young ladies at the reception area were also friendly & professional. I am truly glad I decided to visit this establishment. P.S. The room was comfortable, the table is heated, the face-rest pillow had a pleasant scent. The room is also filled with essential oils. Just delicious. Treat yourself & ask for Albert!👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Clean and small. I watched the secretary get on the a call and stay on a call while a guy was leaving and I thought it was rude... Then she did same thing to me and I was only waiting to give my masseuse a well deserved tip, I would say say excuse me acknowledge the person and say hey I will be with you in a minute.. Or tell the person on the phone to give u a minute while you tend to the client. I wanted information about the other options available but I couldn't wait any longer... For that reason I might never return.. But u will enjoy your massage and the place smells good

Overall it was a tranquil experience, through caring hands. After one session with the massage therapist, and acupuncturist, I became a member because of the dedication to deliver restorative results for my back pain. The massage therapist had always met my needs physically and for relaxation. Brian did his best to create a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation and comfort. However, one issue was experienced with the receptionist Samantha. She was passive-aggressively rude and didn't show any signs of caring about providing ethical customer service. While my experience with the Bronx Wellness Center has been positive overall, the one consistent negative was the interaction with her specifically.

First time here. I used a groupon price match for a 90 minute massage. Tiffany took care of me. She was amazing and attentive. Her hands are magical. The facility itself is nice. Walls are paper thin so conversations being had in hallways can be heard and are distracting overall it was a great 90 mins!

It was Excellent...had me draw a tear to my eye..sleepy as Im texting. 12/7/20 Just came from the spot and my body feels much better after each visit.The Aches and Pains are slowly going away. The Staff is professional and friendly. I am now a member...looking forward to try their acupuncture!!! Everyone should checked them out especially during these stressful times!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Lucrezia is the best - I’ve been going there off and on for 2 years and not until I had her did I purchase a package - I just love the care she provides the intuitiveness and comfort she is well informed and goes above and beyond - I feel like I’m on cloud 9 she has great energy and awareness and I highly recommend her - overall this place is clean friendly and affordable the Bronx doesn’t have many place that check all of those boxes , the staff is polite and it’s easy to get to
