I’ve been having gut issues for months, went to 3 other doctors before I found Dr. Duke. Found him online, had a phone consult on July 6, 2022, saw him in person July 12, 2022 and he put me on 4 supplements. Saw him again July 26, 2022, he checked to see that the supplement doses were still okay and adjusted them. August 9, 2022 and I am back to see him and say I feel great!! I am back to feeling myself again!! Wow!! What a relief to find an honest caring doctor that actually helps you get your health back!! I highly recommend Dr. Duke!! I will be going to see him with what ails me.!!

I stated seeing Dr Duke because I was diagnosed with an auto immune disease. And was put on some really harsh medication. Actually, the medication was called methotrexate which isn’t chemo medication. It was a shot that I was taking every week. Anyway, the point is is that I decided that I wanted to do a more holistic treatment along with the pharmaceutical treatment. Because I knew the pharmaceutical treatment was going to be extremely hard and damaging to my body. So I had found Dr Duke and I explain to him what my illness was and what the treatment was that my doctor had decided to go out what my goals were. Dr Duke completely listened to every single thing that I had to say with no interruptions, he wasn’t just hearing me, but he actually truly listened. He then asked me a series of questions. And then explain to me what the examination would entail. We did the examination and I was 100% blown. For more than one reason one reason is because it’s just phenomenal to see how your body actually works with the examination. It was extremely interesting mind blowing and educational. Dr Duke is not only passionate about what he does but he is extremely knowledgeable about what he does, and will explain every single detail to you about what it is he’s doing. And why it’s important to do it. I’ll explain to you how your body Works and he’ll explain to you how the supplements working with her going to accomplish he is so thorough. So I have to say that I had a few issues with some of my organs because that’s is where he starts is your major organs. I was put on the supplements and to my surprise they actually really. It was not a gimmick everything that I had seen and everything that I experienced on my very first visit, although was very interesting and mine blowing it was not just that it was not a magic trick. It was not a nice experience it actually truly worked. Since then, I have done three other follow-up visits where he takes a little bit deeper and deeper. We could tell that my vital organs we’re getting healthier and healthier and working at 100% capacity which was changing lots of things about my health my and energy. Since then we have dug deeper and have a dress those. I have to tell you if you live in the Tampa Bay area anywhere within an hour Drive and you were looking to better your house rather you are diagnosed with an illness on a medication or Dr Duke is the doctor you should see to get your body healthy and working at 100% capacity. And I am sure that each person’s body hundred percent capacity is a different. But you’re hundred percent capacity will change your. I cannot recommend Dr Duke enough. He’s the real deal guys. So if you were thinking about a holistic doctor and weren’t sure which way to go or don’t quite understand what it is that they do or what they can do for you don’t hesitate you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Just go visit him take the examination take the supplements that he prescribed for you and watch your life change.

Incredible results already in just a few short weeks! Truly noticeable difference in my health and well being. Taking a holistic approach has been a challenge because so many doctors try to push supplements and sell you on things that don't get to the core of the issue and it's very frustrating and time consuming. However, Dr. Mansell's approach has been extremly effective in a very short time. Super grateful I was referred to him and feeling better than I have in a really long time.

My story begins in April of 2022. At the time, I was living in Vancouver, Canada where we had some pretty harsh lockdown policies in place, particularly for those who chose not to get the shot (I refuse to call it a vaccine). My parents, who live in the United States, are into their 70's and since the Canadian/U.S. border had been closed at the start of the pandemic, my wife and I had their first grandchild. As you can imagine, they were anxious to see their grandson, but were hesitant about international travel. I figured I would take a trip to see them with their grandson in tow, so that they could meet him for the first time. In order for me to return to Canada without issue, I needed to get the shot. So, I put my beliefs aside, rolled up my sleeve and got the shot. No more than 48hrs later, I began to experience pain in my chest around the heart area. I'm not a doctor, just giving you my personal testimony. I didn't think too much of it at first. Over the next couple weeks, that pain would arrive at random times and last for a couple minutes before subsiding. However, after about a month, the pain intensified and appeared more frequently....about every other day. At the time, I was a healthy 36yr old and this pain dropped me to a knee. It wasn't a muscle type of pain that I could just tough out. Again, I'm no doctor, but this was clearly an internal issue and could no longer be ignored. I asked my wife to set up an appointment with a family doctor. As the appointment neared, I thought I could ride out the random episodes of pain until then. I was wrong!!! I was at work when an episode occurred and I knew I was in trouble. The pain set in, my vision was blurred, and I was sweating instantly. I thought I was having a heart attack. It scared my co-workers as well, as they watched me crumple to the floor and called 9-1-1. I was transported by ambulance to the nearest hospital and after multiple tests and bloodwork, was told I had a clean bill of health and was released later in the day. Less than a week later, the exact same thing happened, also while at work. I was yet again, transported to the hospital via ambulance and again, was released after being told there was nothing wrong with me. In case you were wondering, yes, I did mention that all this began shortly after receiving the shot. And like any government subsidized healthcare system, suggesting anything that goes against the narrative was brushed aside as non-sense....but I digress. The company I worked for decided that I wouldn't be able to return to work until being able to produce a letter from a doctor, stating that I had a clean bill of health. You wouldn't think that would have been a challenge, given how my two previous trips to the emergency room had resulted. However, I was still having episodes almost daily and couldn't find a doctor who would sign off on a clean bill of health letter until they found out what was wrong with me. As you can imagine, I was incredibly frustrated and desperate for help. Fortunately, I found that help with Dr. Duke. I'll spare you the details, but my wife and I ended up in Tampa, Florida for a multitude of reasons. It was my wife who found Dr. Duke and arranged an appointment for me to see him, so full credit to her. During my appointment with Dr. Duke, I explained what had gone on much like I've just done in this review. He stated that I wasn't alone, and that in fact, he's treated many other patients who have similar stories to mine. He proceeded to conduct some tests. Admittedly, his tests seemed kind of hokey at first. But again, I was desperate and at least this guy acknowledged what I was experiencing. He prescribed two specific supplements. I've been taking them religiously ever since and honestly, like a miracle drug, I've only had 4 episodes since and none in the last 3mo. Dr. Duke has completely given me my quality of life back and for that, I will be forever grateful. Without hesitation, I would recommend anybody to pay him a visit if you're having health issues.

I came to Dr. Mansell’s office after experiencing excruciating pain on my arms, chest, and back for almost 3 weeks. The pain was so unbearable that I couldn’t perform my normal day to day activities. I went to Doctor’s appointment after Doctor’s appointment, Doctors conducted every possible lab test, x-rays, MRIs, ultrasounds, etc., and everything came back within normal ranges. They could not tell me why I was in so much pain, and none of the prescription pain medication I was prescribed helped decrease the pain. However, after explaining to Dr. Mansell my ordeal while still in excruciating pain, Dr. Mansell explain the source of my pain, and recommended various supplements, which I immediately purchased. Within the first TWO DAYS after starting the supplements I noticed the pain slowly decreasing, within a week of starting the supplements, the pain was almost completely gone, and I couldn’t be more grateful because after experiencing unbearable pain to the extent that I couldn’t move or change my clothes without my husband’s assistance, my body finally feels even better than before the pain started. Dr. Mansell is one of the best practices and health facilities I have visited. Dr. Mansell is extremely knowledgeable and treats each patient specifically to their body and needs. Dr. Mansell has not only helped me with my health, but when my two year old had his pediatrician stumped with an illness, Dr. Duke was able to diagnose and cure within a matter of days. We are grateful for Dr. Mansell’s knowledge and will continue to use him for all our health needs

I have been having bicep/arm issues for some time that have been preventing me from doing back and arm workouts. I had taken a 3 month period off to let the arm rest and after the first workout it was sore again. I than let it rest for 6 months, same outcome. I have gone in for two dry needle/trigger point treatments and I am again able to workout. I wish I had tried this much earlier and not lost almost a year of activity.
