I have so enjoyed my time working with Dr. Kelly Potts. She is an amazing human being all the way around and is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable acupuncturist. I began seeing her a few months ago due to several years of infertility secondary to PCOS and endometriosis along with other issues such as anxiety and insomnia. While I haven't yet conceived, I have noticed many positive changes in my physical and mental health since I began seeing Dr. Potts including a much more consistent menstrual cycle and improvements in my quality of sleep. She is very thorough and is regularly reassesses me/my situation to make sure she isn't missing anything in order to tweak my plan of care accordingly. She is also knowledgeable about diet/nutrition and supplements and makes recommendations as needed. She is a joy to be around and often provides words of hope and encouragement. No matter how I may be feeling when I walk into each session, I always feel significantly better afterwards. She is also incredibly generous with her time and resources and clearly does what she does because she loves it and is passionate about helping her clients. Thank you, Dr. Potts!

Dr. Kelly Potts is wonderful! I have been seeing Dr. Kelly for a while now to manage soft tissue damage in my knee. Prior to seeing Dr. Kelly, I was trying other types of therapy with little to no results. When I started seeing Dr. Kelly, swelling immediately subsided and pain decreased consistently. Not only does Dr. Kelly help manage pain, she also makes acupuncture a good experience for people like me who hate needles. I leave Dr. Kelly's office relaxed and healing each time. I had been under prolonged stress and started having physical symptoms in my body; my blood pressure (which has always been perfect) became high and I started having anxiety attacks. Before my turning to medication, I though I would give acupuncture a try (what could it hurt, right?). I am pleased to say after ONE treatment, my blood pressure returned to normal. I was completely floored at how well acupuncture actually works, so I continued regular treatments. I am pleased to say that 8 months later, my blood pressure has been consistently perfect and my anxiety attacks have completely vanished, and I never took any medication for either of these symptoms because Kelly healed me so quickly. Kelly has her Doctorate degree in this field, so if you are looking for an REAL expert that is affordable, look no further. She is also a warm, caring professional who takes the time to listen to your concerns, then decides the best course of treatment. (I also tried cupping, which was wonderful!). If you are on the fence about trying this type of treatment, I highly recommend you try it at least once - it will change your life!

I’ve known Dr. Potts for a couple of years now, absolutely love her as a person! She’s honest and caring and the exact type of doctor you want treating you. However, it wasn’t until today that I had a need to use her services. I sprained my ankle pretty severely and she did a treatment for me while I was in her office. Not only did it FEEL better, but the actual swelling was drastically reduced by the end of the treatment. Dr. Potts absolutely made me a believer in acupuncture and its benefits. While I saw her for an injury, I know she helps treat a wide variety of ailments. Go see her. You’ll be thankful that you did!
