Dr. Lau is highly skilled and knowledgeable Acupuncture Physician. He was the only person able to relieve and completely cure my plantar fasciitis. I was in so much pain and tried physical therapy, chiropractic and massage but only felt momentary improvemnt. Only after a few treatments I was able to feel a lot of relieve and after about 12 sessions or my foot pain was completely. I now see him for my wrist pain. He helps me tremendously. I drive over an hour to see him as there are not many acupuncturists in the area with his skill level. His dry needling techniques are above and beyond I have had in the past. If you have pain or want to improve your sports performance this is the place!

I have had vulnerability to neck and back strains since my teens. I had tried many treatment options over the years including Chiropractors and Physical Therapists, but was rarely satisfied. I am not a fan of needles, so trying something like acupuncture was not at all on my radar until I met Dr. Brian Lau. He is very knowledgeable and practical, which allowed me to put my trust in him despite my misgivings about needles as treatment. Whenever I overdo it and pull something I have been exclusively going to Dr. Lau for many years now . He has been on-point and highly effective in resolving these issues. I have been seeing Brian Lua for a couple years. He has been able to get me thru all my aches and pains. I had a heavy object impact the top of my head and suffered from a concussion and nerve damage. He does deep tissue message to hurting areas, neck, back, head, knees and it always feels great afterwards. Missed him during COVId. But now I’m back on track. Much better than using the neurologist pills with side effects and even says they may cause suicidal thoughts and pain killers. Nice to wake up pain free and play pickleball and golf almost every day at age 69. All my friends are getting knee replacements and shoulder, hip, back, etc surgeries. Very thankful to have found Brian Lua.

Dr. Lau (Brian) offers many wonderful services that have reduced my various pains substantially (older sports related issues and newer work stress related issues). He is immensely qualified at what he does, and his overall calm demeanor also helps with the healing process. Even our steady stream of visitors make time for appointments when they come. For example, my mother-in-law recently had several sequential visits on her last trip here and now reports zero knee pain after years of problems. In addition to body treatments (acupuncture, massage, cupping), he has wonderful information about and access to herbs for a variety of ailments to help you heal without the chemicals found in many traditional medicines. I am not opposed to traditional medicines; I think that vaccines, antibiotics, aspirin, etc. are also useful, but I like to try to use natural remedies when possible. As a side note, several insurance companies will pay for acupuncture and other services, usually with just a modest co-pay. Even if you need to pay out of pocket, the rates are very reasonable. If you have tried alternative medicine before without success, I would highly encourage you to give it another try with Dr. Lau. Your body will thank you.
