I had severe back and neck pain starting from last year due to intensive work sitting in front of computer and lack of exercises or moves after three years' WFH. I couldn't sleep because of the back pain. I started to see Dr. Duan weekly in Sep 2022. After 3 months acupuncture treatment by Dr. Duan, my back pain completely disappeared and I could sleep well after the recovery. I felt grateful that Dr. Duan saved my life and made me feel energetic again now. I will continue to see her weekly to improve my physical condition this year. I would highly recommend her service to anyone WFH having back and neck pain issues.

Facility was clean and quiet. My wife had her first appt with the Dr. and he did acupuncture there. However, she mentioned the rooms were still a bit too cold and they only provided a towel to cover her body (typically warmer rooms and blankets are provided as the body needs to be warm and comfortable in order to relax). At the end of her session, the dr. missed several acupuncture needles. One of the needles actually made it all the way home in her pants and discovered something sharp the next morning.

I've been seeing Dr. Duan and she has helped me with several issues, but recently I was unable to move my neck and 4 treatments of acupuncture and herbal medicine with her alleviated the issue entirely. I also received treatments for fertility for several months and was able to deliver a healthy baby thanks to her care. She listens and accommodates treatments to the patient.
