I was looking for an acupuncturist to assist in my journey towards motherhood. Dr. Anne came highly recommended as an acupuncture fertility specialist by my fertility MD. My initial inquiry and appointment booking was seamless. The consents and health questionnaires were conveniently sent and completed via online. As a newbie to acupuncture I was a little nervous, however Dr. Anne made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Check in was quick and easy. Dr. Anne took her time and asked questions about my diagnosis, environmental factors, and my overall goals. She throughly explained the entire process and was extremely delicate in her placing the of needles. The cupping and acupuncture treatments gave me the mental rest and fertility focus I desired. She also recommended fertility candles and oils to use while at home. Looking forward to my next appointment! Don’t hesitate give Dr. Anne a call today!

She is so knowledgeable and just a sounding board for all my questions. She’s also just a delight to talk to. After a long journey with infertility, I went to Pearl Grace seeking fertility help. It was my first experience with acupuncture. Dr. Anne welcomed me with compassion and grace and over the next several months I saw her for regular treatments. She is a superb educator and explained the benefits of acupuncture and was always careful to make sure I was comfortable and answer questions. After 5 failed fertility treatments, I successfully conceived on my next IVF cycle and whole heartedly believe acupuncture contributed to my success. I had been struggling to get pregnant for ~2 years when I started seeing Anne for fertility acupuncture. After seeing her weekly for 3 months, my monthly follicle count increased from 13 to 24! This is apparently unheard of. I truly attribute it to acupuncture and I truly believe acupuncture is what eventually got me pregnant. Side note: I would have done anything to get pregnant but it certainly doesn’t hurt that acupuncture is so relaxing! (Also, ask her about cupping!) Anne is incredibly sweet, patient, and very knowledgeable - not just about acupuncture but about infertility and eastern medicine in general. A month prior to arriving at Pearl Grace’s orange door I had gone through a very heartbreaking family loss and other emotional stressors. To say my stress management process, soul, energy, spirit, body, and mind needed a reboot is an understatement. I had misplaced the value of self-care. While discussing my emotional and stress rollercoaster with my friend, she suggested I look into therapeutic acupuncture. Which lead me to Pearl Grace and Dr. Anne. I came to Pearl Grace not knowing what to expect having had no experience with acupuncture. I also didn’t 100% know what treatment I was in search of at the time. Dr. Anne took the time to listen to how I was feeling and what I was going through over the last few months (I mean genuinely listen and HEAR me). During our initial meeting before the treatment, she sensed my slight nervousness of the new experience. She explained the history and general process of acupuncture and how it could be beneficial for my personal needs. After the very first session (which included cupping that I LOVED), I felt a difference. Before, I had so much tension and felt bound. After, I felt an overall sense of relief and calmness after one single treatment. As such, I have continued my treatments weekly. For me personally, the combination of speaking with Anne before each session, tailoring my acupuncture treatment to compliment my needs weekly, and being in a meditative state in a healing safe space for an hour each week has helped tremendously. Truly me and only me time. I am so thankful my friend encouraged me to look to acupuncture and I found Pearl Grace.

I cannot recommend Pearl Grace Acupuncture and Integrative Care enough. From my very first visit, I felt cared for and listened to.
