I had been dealing with bad shoulder pain for a few years before I started coming to Sarah for therapy. This was really limiting what I could do in the gym without pain. But after a few sessions my shoulder feels amazing! She was dedicated to helping me get my shoulder back to 100%! She asked questions, tracked our sessions and my progress and you can tell she just cares. Thanks Sarah!

I went to Jackie for my first ever cupping therapy and was very pleased with the experience! She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and puts you at ease through the process. I received an email and text reminder prior to my session that explained everything to expect and made the process very easy for a new client. I've tried lots to address my back pain- from chiropractors to massages and was eager to try something new. I found the cupping therapy to be very relaxing and could feel that I had better circulation and less tension the next day. Jackie is wonderful and I would definitely recommend her! Before beginning treatment, Jackie takes the time to understand your present experience in order to perfectly tailor a deeply healing session. She listens to more than your words; she's tuned in to your physical and emotional being, and when you're with her, you feel truly heard. She is smart, thoughtful, and I intuitively trusted her during our session. And perhaps more practically, after just one treatment, I felt my mood elevate, and my chronic knee and back pain have been gone for the last 24 hours! I don't have a lot of experience receiving acupuncture, but my treatment with Jackie has shown me how healing it can be, and I'm eager to schedule another treatment.

Jackie is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. I have had acupuncture, cupping, and microneedling done at Hidden Root. Each treatment has left me feeling amazing afterwards! I had never done acupuncture before seeing Jackie at Hidden Root. I had always wanted to try it for upper back/shoulder and neck pain stemming from 2 car accidents. After reading her website and seeing the ways acupuncture can help with numerous conditions, I booked an appointment (very easy to do on the site). Her office is tucked away downtown on Lafayette (street parking is easy to find; pay lot right across Lafayette), and I must say it is such a warm and comfortable space. Jackie makes you feel at ease immediately and really listens to your concerns. The cupping treatment that starts every session is amazing. It helped loosen muscles in my back and shoulders that have felt frozen for years. The cupping, along with the acupuncture have helped me tremendously. My neck and shoulders feel so much better. I have also been to her for sinus issues and have felt relief there as well. I love going there - I leave not just feeling pain relief, but relaxed and renewed. I recommend her to anyone who is in need of acupuncture.
