I have been seeing Yong for over 20 years and am so grateful that I found her.
Her work can completely fix any number of problems in my direct experience: pollen allergies, urinary issues, ulcer (medically diagnosed at Vanderbilt), mild depression, smoking. I am witness to the fact that Acupuncture can ameliorate any issue that is not actually life threatening (like cancer). It is an amazing system and she is a wonderful practitioner.

I found Yong Wang to be a talented acupuncturist who carried on her skilled grandfather's family traditions in the US, after adding on training as an RN here. She has many, many techniques to approach issues, never goes thru 1-size-fits-all approaches for all customers. For example, she routinely gets 6 different pulses to assess functioning from 6 different body systems.

For me, Yong is a true miracle worker! After waking up in the middle of the night with severe neck pain and no mobility, I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and pronounced inoperable by two orthopedic surgeons. Getting acupuncture treatment was a last resort for me, and I had written off being able to work again in my late 40's.
I was skeptical after three months on strong pain drugs (which helped a little, but lowered my overall quality of life), I signed up to let Yong have a run at it.
I got better after 3 treatments, and after a full course I was pain free!! The movement in my neck also improved a lot. I was able to quit the pain meds and over 12 years later I am still pain free! The current x-rays show the condition is still there, of course, but it no longer runs my life. Thank you, Yong!

Having worked with her patients, I notice the amount of time and attention she uses to teach the fundamentals of Eastern medicine and healthy lifestyle. It is obvious that she has a great command of the ancient arts.
