Probably like most professionals, I am quite picky with regard to whom I consult regarding any medical treatment. A couple of years ago I had a significant amount of ongoing pain in my lower back and Dr. Frank Ly was a great help to me and I rarely have any difficulty with my back unless I do something foolish. I have been seeing Dr Frank Ly and staff since 2008 in his practice in Berry Hill. That was back when he was in Berry Hill twice a week, I went there twice a week. I had NEVER had this done before and yes I was uneasy about it all. Dr Ly and staff were patient and explained to me about what they were doing and how it would improve how I was feeling. They weren't kidding!! It didn't happen overnight, but with each treatment it certainly did. This is something that everyone should at least give it a try!! After all it has been around for centuries!! 🤗🤗 As always Dr Ly and staff thank you for everything you have helped me with over the years.😍😍

Dr. Ly with his compassionate approach to my malady has time after time been able to get me back on feet. It is difficult to explain how I suffered from respiratory problems, for 20 years I have done the conventional routines and medicines with nasal surgeries, sprays and countless rounds of antibiotics. I have been to one other acupuncturist and just as all doctors are not created equal, neither are all acupuncturists. Dr. Ly has helped me so much. My quality of life has been greatly improved through Dr. Ly’s style of acupuncture. Just as one does not have to understand how the internal combustion engine works to drive a car, one does not have to understand how acupuncture works to feel better and experience the results. Dr. Ly has undoubtedly given me a higher quality of life. I was hit by a semi truck hauling nearly 80,000lbs, requiring surgery and years of physical therapy. After being prescribed various pharmaceuticals and trying other alternative therapies, I finally gave acupuncture a try. It was a HORRIBLE mistake. I let a PT do trigger point dry needle on an area and it left me in more pain and some regrets. However, someone convinced me to give acupuncture another try and go to a credible, certified acupuncturist who knows what they are doing. I cannot stress enough how important it is to go to the RIGHT acupuncturist and not just any place. Dr. Ly helped me with pain management, inflammation and secondary symptoms of chronic back, neck and shoulder pain. I highly recommend Dr. Ly and his wonderful staff. They will take care of your needs and prevent you from a road of hassle and mistakes with prescriptions that do not always accurately treat chronic pain and illness to the best quality of life. As far as acupuncture goes as an alternative treatment, there is a plethora of research available and Mayo Clinic utilizes it as a valid alternative method.

Dr. Ly is fantastic. I cannot say enough about him. When I first started going to Dr. Ly I had just had my second miscarriage. when I got preganant again, and went in for my first ultrasound, the tech couldn't believe I hadn't been on fertility medication because I had so many healthy follicles in my ovaries. I had a large hematoma in my uterus that my dr wanted to monitor. I Dr. Ly started working on it and when I went back for anothe ultrasound 2 weeks later they couldn't believe it was already gone. I went to Dr. Ly every week my entire pregnancy. I had the most pleasant pregnancy. I was always happy, clam, and comfortable. I didn't have any mood swings. I assumed I was just awesome as this pregnancy thing.... and then a holiday hit.... I missed 2.5 weeks of acupuncture. I was really irritable and had mood swings. That's when I realized I wasn't one of those people that was just awesome at being pregnant.....Dr. Ly is just awesome :)

I was in the military for 25 years, my neck and back were in bad shape. The Army wanted to do surgery but I said no. I was in horrible pain even when I walked and all I can say is after a few treatments I felt great. I continued for awhile but now just go if I overdo playing golf or do something stupid like lifting my 58lb dog.
