Renee is incredible! I started going to her back in July 2022, with a painful recurring condition that I had for 2 years that I thought I may have to just maintain and live with for the rest of my life after not finding any long-term resolution from other doctors or medicine. I had never done acupuncture but was willing to give anything a try at this point. Renee took time to listen and understand my situation, and with her treatment plan I've now experienced full recovery!! This has felt like a miracle, and I can't recommend her enough.

I started seeing Renee in 2020 for Endometriosis and hormonal imbalances and overall women’s wellness and she has helped me tremendously since then! Truly changed my life!!! I have been seeing Renee for a little over a year now. I was "diagnosed" with PCOS by my gynecologist and never had a regular period for about 8 years. I had been on birth control most of my life and was ready to completely come off of it. I started seeing Renee for shoulder pain about a year ago, but as we got to talking, she educated me on the importance of having a regular cycle. We talked a lot about my options and I knew I was ready to regulate my hormones. Once I finally got off hormonal birth control, Renee worked with me very diligently to get me on a 28-35 day cycle. After a couple of months of treatment, I'm proud to say I am officially on a 28 day cycle! I can't recommend Renee enough. This has been a 5+ year health journey for me and I'm so happy I found Cultivate. Renee educated me on herbs, seed cycling, food irritations, and so much more. I first saw Renee about a year ago, after I had been trying to get pregnant for 8 months. She quickly made me feel super comfortable, and every session with her gave me hope that one day it would be our turn. She listens to you, makes realistic plans, and even checks on you between appointments! My acupuncture sessions felt more like much needed therapy sessions because she would hear me out, tell me what we would work on that day, and then I would relax during my needle treatment. I am happy to say that I am now 23 weeks pregnant, and I know Renee had a big part in the process! I highly recommend you give acupuncture a try, and you won't find a better person than Renee at Cultivate!

After trying for almost a year and after 2 chemical pregnancies, acupuncture was the missing link on my fertility journey. When I started my sessions I was already hopeless. Dr. Renee was so optimistic since day 1, believing I could pregnant that my body just needed some support to go back to balance. I had such an amazing and life changing experience with Renee. My pregnancy struggles started after I had my first child in November 2017. My husband and I tried for a second child when our first born was 1 years old. After trying for several months we got pregnant but soon after we had our first miscarriage. Within the next 2 years we had 2 more early stage miscarriages. I was mentally and physically struggling with the loss that my body had been going through and started to research other avenues. I had several friends recommend acupuncture in the past but I didn't take it very serious but after all this loss I started to open my mind to other options. I had a friend recommend an acupuncturist that was over 6 months waiting list so I started to do some research and found Renee. I really love that Renee is a one woman show. I feel like when I'm in her office that its very private and personal. I am able to relax in her office and she gives me her full attention. She really listens to me and doesn't put out any judgement but just gives excellent suggestions and recommendations. I consider myself to have a very healthy lifestyle but my my body wasnt at the stage it needed to be to get pregnant. I took in all Renee's recommendations and made some changes to my lifestyle and 4 weeks later I was pregnant and this one stuck. I continued to see Renee throughout my entire pregnancy and on August 4, 2021 we delivered a healthy baby boy. I feel so blessed that Renee has been with me throughout my entire pregnancy journey and has given me all the health pre pregnancy, pregnancy, and post pregnancy tips to prepare my body to bring this beautiful baby into the world.

I started seeing Renee in early December and since, I have seen the biggest difference in myself. Renee is patient and calm and listens to everything you say and feel. My appointment with her always starts with "how are you feeling, tell me what's going on." I highly recommend Renee to anyone who is looking for acupuncture in Nashville whether treatment includes fertility, blood pressure, anxiety, etc. I have been seeing her weekly and can say my blood pressure levels are down, my anxiety is controllable with many other added benefits. She has guided me on what foods I should be eating, and how to overall just take care of my body. With all of her advice, it has truly added benefit to my life. I will continue seeing her until she tells me I can't :)

I had been bleeding for over 100 days when I started going for treatment at Cultivate. The doctors told me my only options for having a "regular cycle" was getting an IUD or even a uterine ablation. To anybody thinking about trying acupuncture but may be hesitant, DO IT! It has truly changed my life. I was that hesitant person who thought how could sticking a bunch of little needles all over my body make me feel better? I started getting acupuncture with Cultivate about two months ago and have already seen major positive changes. I was stressed, tired, moody, and would decline invitations because of it. Since getting acupuncture, my mood has lifted and I am able to deal with my stress better. I don't dwell over the the little things anymore and find find myself saying yes to things I normally wouldn't. I'm more open to trying new things and taking chances. My general out look on life has been more up lifted and positive. Renee is professional, knowledgeable, and in tune with the needs of others. She takes care of the overall health. I Love Renee and always look forward to my acupuncture appointments. I've struggled with chronic neck pain ever since I can remember - I usually treat it with routine chiropractic care, but it has been providing limited relief over the past year. I decided to try acupuncture (which I had generally avoided because, well, who likes needles) and I feel 100x better (and you can barely feel the needles, if at all). So much better, in fact, that I'm basically dropping chiropractic care in favor of acupuncture relief. Renee is very extremely educated in all things Chinese/Oriental medicine and while I've only experienced the acupuncture and cupping treatments (definitely recommend both), she has helped me add supplements and dietary guidelines for overall health as well. If you're looking for a professional, knowledgeable, holistic, and natural approach to health and wellness, this is it. As long as I live here, there's nowhere else I'll go.

I came to her because my gynecologist said that I had PCOS and that the only way to help my symptoms was to take medication, but when I came to Renee, she knew exactly how to help me with my issues without having to take the medications that my gynecologist had suggested. I started going to Renee out of pure curiosity...little did i know how much her treatments would impact my entire life. I learned that even the smallest, insignificant symptom tells a story of whats going on inside of you. As a massage therapist i have always preached to my clients to listen to your body and not ignore your pains or discomforts. Acupuncture takes it even deeper and every time i go i learn more and more...i always leave with a greater respect for the human body. And with her background in pharmaceuticals, she will better understand your current situation and set even clearer goals for your health and well-being. Quite frankly, her intelligence blows me away. Currently we are working hard on my sleep issues, which in perspective, is not a big deal. I still get the feeling of a nights rest and have energy for the day. However, waking up every night between 2 and 4 a.m is super annoying, and as you guessed, means something is out of balance in my body. So i am taking care of it now before it really becomes a larger issue (like my mom who cant even produce those sleep hormones any more) . So just because something is or may be "genetic" doesn't mean you have to experience it too. My sleep has improved dramatically since I have started going and still have some work to do. So, if you're curious about going, expect to be patient, trust your body and let it do its thing. All in all, I feel as though I can never ever live without her and you will too.
