I was recommended by a friend to see Artemis to resume my regular massage/bodywork since my former practitioner closed her practice. I’ve tried a few other places that were not what I was looking for, but my experience with Artemis was spot on. They were professional, knowledgeable, and calming. I was instantly at ease and had a fantastic first session to work on head/shoulder tension and scar work. I am over the moon to have found a place that is just as good as my former bodywork practitioner and I will definitely be going back!

I recently got a massage with Artemis and I cannot recommend them enough. They created a safe, welcoming space for me to heal. They were professional, kind, and checked in on my comfort level with everything before and throughout the treatment. They answered all of my questions and helped me better understand my pain/body. While I normally see Kim (and am EXTREMELY SATISFIED), I have also received care from Leah and Tatum. They all offer responsive and personalized care within a setting that I find very healing and professional.

Acupuncture naps are always restorative, she seems to really understand how best to support my body with each appointment, and I especially love the 1.5 hour sessions with some additional energy work, massage, or cupping. First time with Yoga + Acupuncture and what a transcendent experience! I'm a beginner at yoga and Tatum offered modifications to make poses more comfortable, allowing for an even deeper relaxation and stretch. At the end of the restorative yoga class, Kim, the Licensed Acupuncturist greeted me with a kind smile and very gentle needle technique, sending me further into a deep, tranquil, meditative rest. Leah is the best! She is so knowledgeable, I call her the Ms. Pacman of Healing because every time I turn around she is devouring another modality, chasing another bite of knowledge. Bodywork, acupuncture, Chinese herbalism, Western herbalism, Ayurveda... I'm sure there is more. She is even well versed in nutrition and how to cook using principles of Chinese medicine. I'm sure everyone else is amazing too but I haven't seen them because I love her so much! Very nice, calm place too; bright, simple and inviting.

I went in to see Amy because I won a gift certificate in a silent auction. I went in for an acupuncture visit but after talking to Amy about my concerns, she suggested a cupping treatment followed by an acupuncture treatment. I've never experienced cupping and Amy walked me through the whole process, what to expect, what was normal, and what wasn't normal. Aside from the the healing service detailed to my specific needs, Amy provided me with tips for continuing my healing at home. What a calming space, what phenomenal staff, and what incredible service. I will be back!!

I started seeing Amy over a year ago for treatment of migraines and headaches. Right away during my first session after talking about how I was feeling, I remember Amy saying, "Ok I got this, I know exactly what is going on with you." And she was totally right, I went from getting awful migraines once a month to absolutely none at all. My treatments included acupuncture, cupping, and daily herbs. In addition to the treatments Amy helped me figure out what was really causing my headaches and how to adjust my daily habits to prevent getting headaches. I can't say enough how much this has helped me. Amy has so much knowledge and always knows the best way to help me feel better.
