The handful of times I have come to Sarah with various concerns whether it be for insomnia, anxiety, hormones, acne, gut issues, etc, I have been blown away by her vast knowledge, kindness and genuine care to help. Sarah asks in-depth questions and chats comfortably, like I’ve known her for years. She has been very accommodating last minute to fit me in and always shares follow up thoughts if necessary. It’s a full experience, not just a clinical appointment. I have been away for the last year and she remembers/has all information from the last appointment, like I never left. I will continue to come back anytime I am in Minneapolis!

I’ve been going to Sarah for more than two years. I have an eczema allergy issue and haven’t been able to find any doctor to help me manage it without just tossing heavy steroids to mask it. Sarah has tried a number of natural ways to treat with herbs and salves paired with acupuncture. Some have helped more than others - but she tracks my health history and if something isn’t having much affect we switch the course. She has helped me so much both to decrease my overall itching but also just with general anxiety, digestive issues and pain from a fall! Sarah finds utmost importance in getting to know a client before settling on a path for treatment. This process for me took about an hour in the first session, describing my background, medical history, current issues and things i wanted my treatment to address. She took notes and LISTENED. Each subsequent session's first 15 minutes or so was dedicated to a similar conversation, updating and providing feedback about how treatment is feeling for me. I would still be a dedicated client of Sarah's had I not moved out of the area. Haven't found a practitioner who even comes close to the level of treatment I received in her care. Hire her if you can! :)
