My daughter was suffering from migraines for several years. Her pediatrician was sending her to various other specialties to evaluate her but they couldn't identify what was causing them and the medicines they prescribed didn't work. She wasn't old enough for many of the migraine medicines. A friend suggested that we tried an acupuncturist and after several treatments she was no longer getting migraines. She used to get migraines in the Summer with extreme heat, still after treatments, she was not getting migraines any more. Highly recommend for migraine treatment. This was life changing from her.

Highly recommend! I suffered with sciatic pain for over a year. After endless physical therapy, chiropractic and an epidural shot did help with pain somewhat but still existed. I couldn’t walk or sit for more than 10 minutes. I decided to reach out to an acupuncturist and found Milwaukee Acupuncture and Health Center. After a consultation with Dr Liu, he knew how to help me. After 5 sessions, I am free of the pain, able to walk now for longer period of time. The clinic is very clean and staff is very friendly.

I had been dealing with foot pain for over 2 years. I had been to my primary care, a podiatrist (who gave me inserts for my shoes) & then I tried acupuncture. The first 2 treatments got the discomfort down by 50%!! I continued on for several more treatments and now I am on maintenance. This is the best medicine I have ever seen. Dr. Chuan Liu and the entire staff at Milwaukee Acupuncture Clinic are the very best. While everyone is very professional and extremely good at what they do, they also personalize each visit. I am welcomed by name and I know they sincerly care about how I am feeling. Lower back pain issues that originally brought me to my first appointment with Dr. Liu have been treated and I feel great. I continue to visit for maintenance, occasional flare-ups, or new types of pain. You can also add massage service to a treatment and the therapists here are excellent and knowledgeable at focusing on any problem areas. Because acupuncture provided me with relief that no other treatment could, I will be a loyal patient. The office is conveniently located with ample parking and beautiful, private, well maintained treatment rooms.

I finally quit smoking! I've tried several times using many different methods, and it never seemed to stick. Dr. Liu at Milwaukee Acupuncture has an amazing smoking cessation program. First, Dr. Liu is so encouraging and motivational. He listens and consults with you before you begin the program, and at every session, to customize and adapt your Acupuncture program, based on your history & relationship with smoking and your progress between sessions. It's been 6 months completely smoke-free and I've saved more than $1,200 (so far) by not buying cigarettes. I don't even crave cigarettes anymore! Even my triggers cannot tempt me. It was beyond worth it to finally be free of my 30 year tobacco addiction!

I had not tried acupuncture prior to injuring the meniscus in my knee. I thought surgery was going to be needed, but I wanted to try a noninvasive method first. The doctors and staff at Milwaukee Acupuncture and Health Center have all been instrumental in my recovery. They have always been professional, and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. I have worked in construction for nearly 25 years, and with their treatments I am still capable of meeting all the physical demands of my job. I have also been able to return to riding off-road on my mountain bike. And when I injured my other knee last December playing basket ball, the treatments helped me to recover quickly. If you are looking for an alternative to surgery, I would recommend giving them a try.

Dr Liu & The Milwaukee Acupuncture and Health Center gave me MY LIFE BACK! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them. Dr Liu and his staff are amazing! I have suffered migraines and headaches all my life but the past two years have been undoubtedly the worst, with severe migraines between 15-20 days per a month. I saw multiple neurologists, tried elimination diets, saw holistic doctors, have been on many medications all with no relief. Some doctors even wanted to put me on up to 5 pills a day for the rest of my life. In some ways I was at the point where I was going to do that because all I wanted to do was get back to my old self and live my life to the fullest. I wanted to be able to spend time with my family and not sit in a dark corner with no light or sounds in the room. To say migraines or headaches are dehabiliting, only migraine suffers realize that. I was hesitant to try acupuncture due to the fact the thought of needles in my head was something I just couldn't imagine. I am so glad my family insisted that I see Dr Liu. In as little as 5-6 appointments I felt relief. I am now continuing my healing journey with Dr Liu. Not only am I down to 3-4 migraines a month...I think it is even less as I haven't had one in over two weeks which it has been years since I can say that. All of his staff is amazing, friendly, caring. The facility is beautiful and clean. And you can see that Dr Liu truly CARES about the well being of his clients. I am truly grateful to be off medications and continuing my natural healing. If anyone has any doubts...don't doubt it. Please try it, I promise you won't regret it. Acupuncture will be a part of my life and every time I go I find so much relief and relaxation from the process.

Milwaukee Acupuncture is a lifesaver for me! They have helped me so much! A huge relief for chronic pain and multiple orthopedic diseases. Dr. Liu is kind, gentle and a expert in accupunture! I've been seeing Dr. Liu for a little over a year because of constant colds and bronchitis. I haven't had a serious cold since I've been doing acupuncture and taking Chinese herbs that Dr. Liu prescribed. I also had bouts of back and hip pain, and depression and anxiety, and Dr. Liu made those things feel much better, too. Beautiful, efficient office and very skilled personnel. I'm so glad I found Milwaukee Acupuncture!

I have been treated by Dr. Liu for a number of things, on and off, over the last 15 years. My initial visit with him was for eczema that covered my entire body. That was in January of 2003. It improved about 50% after one bath in his herb mix and was almost completely healed by that summer. I started having late summer/fall allergies at the age of three. For the past few years they have been very minimal due to his treatments. Dr. Liu's acupuncture treatments have also made my menstrual cramps dissipate tremendously. The staff at the clinic is very organized, helpful and extremely friendly.

Was in a lot of pain waiting from my knee replacement surgery. Pain pills were not helping. I decided to try acupuncture. Could not believe the results. Before acupuncture, I wasn't sleeping at night because of pain. After acupuncture the pain was much more manageable and I slept the night thru. Dr. Liu and is his staff were wonderful. Huge thanks to Dr. Liu! I have been suffering with insomnia so bad there were nights I did not sleep at all, by the time I came in I had to take time off work because I was no longer functioning. It took a few weeks, but I am almost at 8 hours a night, my anxiety is almost gone and everyone (especially my husband) notices the HUGE difference in me. I don't like popping pills and suffer from side effects from medication. Highly recommend!

Very grateful that I came across this place! I am 24 w/ a lot of chronic pain all over and I started seeing Dr. Liu a few months ago hoping to get some relief. There has been drastic changes in my pain levels and I've been able to get through normal tasks and even strenous activities w/o paying for it throughout the day or when I'm trying to get to sleep. The staff is so kind and helpful and they really try to get you what you need when you need it, and to prevent unforseen issues with future care. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone hoping to manage or cure pain or stress or anyone hoping to break a bad habit!

I am a veteran who was able thru the VA Choice progam was able to do acupuncture and message with Milwaukee Acupuncture and Health Center. Going in i suffer from migraines, sever planta fiscitous, i smoked, had a labral tear, big bunion on my right foot and a little bunion on my left foot...just alot of problems from the military and life after. i had heard of doing these two procedures together, but i was thinking this little pin poke wasnt going to do nothing but i still tried it...OH MY GOD...after going to Milwaukee Acupuncture for 10 weeks i cant believe how this place changed my quality life with their full experience!!! When you first walk in the door all you see is high end oriental wood carvings everywhere!! which i love wood bcuz its so quality...the place just looks exclusive...its so calming n smells soooo good!!!the bathroom so clean n smell so good i actually sit on their toilet 😅😃😍🙏🏽...then the staff is so awesome and amazing!!!Maddie, Cindy, Holly, the office manager(opps forgot her name), and even Dr. Lui are so professional!!they all knew my name coming in the door, has always accommodated me even at the last minute, exposed me to great info and new procedures like cupping(thanks Madison/Maddie)which is so awesome, Cindy and Maddie messages put me to sleep most of the time like magic😄😄🧤💣💗...Dr. Lui is so educated in acupuncture its like he put the pins in and said a prayer on them and bam its a miracle 🤗😍🙏🏽🙏🏽...they say he grew up with this in his life and you can tell...but really...my bunions have both disappeared and i needed surgey,my migraines have become bearable wen at first i couldn't function...planta fiscitous has lighten u alot,i have been clean from cigarettes for almost 4weeks,i have a more positive attitude,depression and stress is more tolerable, just my whole quality of life has changed becuz of them and the Va Choice Program...i never expected acupuncture n message to work like this and i am so happy and so Blessed to have this opportunity and have this outcome...Doc says i still need 4more secession to make it permanent and then maintenance once a year...i trust that and will do whatever that say just to keep these results!!!
