I need to be on my feet for long days, do my workouts and be present to my family. She is insightful, skilled, practical and warm. I’ve seen her for acupuncture for pain (joint pain, hand and arm pain, hip and leg pain), womens health, cold and flu, stress. Sometimes I get herbal medicine and vitamins/supplements. I feel relaxed in her office, which is comfortable and spacious. I know she cares about me and my family. I highly recommend her with my whole heart and soul❤️

Angela HillToday I went to see Krista @ Hundred Grasses. I was told I had TMJ a few years ago, but it was always just a toothache. Yesterday I woke up with a locked jaw, and I wasn’t able to eat anything or open my mouth at all.
After one session I was able to eat dinner tonight with much less pain.
If you have been dealing with pain acupuncture is another great option.
