Connected Healing is incredible. 3 months after having my baby I had severe Post Partum anxiety and insomnia. Even after being put on medications by my regular doctor, I was still struggling. After a few treatments at connected healing, I am happy, I am sleeping and I am a better mother for that. My anxiety is at an all time low and I feel great. I thought I would have to wait until my child was sleeping through the night to get sleep again, but thanks to connected healing, it only took a few weeks.

I have been working with Caitria for 3 months now for help after a miscarriage at 12 weeks. She is a wealth of knowledge and has taught me more about my body, cycle, and hormones than anyone has in my 29 years of life. She has been helping me find solutions after being told by Western medicine doctors that it was bad luck and to just try again. Overall she is just a genuinely great person to be around and is the best provider I have ever seen. I have also been treated by Lizzette during this time period and she is wonderful as well. Both are a breath of fresh air as well as their patient care coordinator Emmie! The refreshing attitude of these women is enough to turn any bad day around. You need Caitria in your life. I started going to Caitria after having ovary torsion for the second time. For years before this I struggled with a hormonal imbalance that would leave me with 6 month long periods or periods every other week and a host of other issues in my body. Within a couple months of seeing Caitria my period was finally starting to normalize (especially after the birth control my western doc put me on post surgery as if that was going to fix things!). Now I know more about my body and my cycle than I ever have before and I feel the healthiest I’ve ever felt! If I didn’t know better I would consider Caitria some sort of magic hormone fairy god mother because she is incredible! I would give her 100 stars if I could because she deserves them🌟

Caitria has been an invaluable part of the health & well-being of our family. I originally started going to Caitria for acupuncture for optimal health during the pandemic. Over time the treatments I’ve received have varied based on what my needs are at the time of my visit. I’ve used acupuncture to help me grieve the death of a parent, to alleviate the stress that comes from working in healthcare during a pandemic, for general aches and pains, to help restore balance to my body and a whole range of other things that I didn’t even realize I would benefit from. Because of the great experience I had in working with Caitria, both my husband and teenage son have also started working with her. Previously, they had both been resistant to acupuncture due to their fear of needles. Caitria quickly put their fears to rest and both of them enjoy the healing that comes from their appointments. My husband’s running injury is resolved thanks to Caitria’s expertise, but he continues to see Caitria to stay balanced and healthy. Our son recently started seeing Caitria, also for a sports related injury, and looks forward to his visits with her. All three of us feel safe and supported in our healing journeys and are so grateful for the opportunity to work with Caitria.

Caitria has literally been a Godsend to me. I was on a nightmare of a marry go round for 4 years before she came into my life. I suffered from recurrent miscarriage’s in those 4 years and never got any answers from the multiple dr’s I saw. Got every test imaginable done, every procedure, went into so much medical debt trying to get answers. At one point a dr told me to either risk having a miscarriage every time or just stop trying. I was only 27 years old and as healthy as can be in the western medicine eyes. I was so vulnerable, scared, and hopeless when I first met caitria. Let me tell you when I left my first appointment with her I knew someday I would finally get my baby. After seeing her for 8 months and currently being 5 months pregnant, acupuncture was the best decision I could have ever made. Not only are my dreams of becoming a mother finally coming true, but I was able to understand my body and other multiple health concerns that no one could figure out except for caitria. I am so grateful for this amazing human being and could not be more thankful and grateful to have her in my life.

Caitria is amazing! My 4 year old suffered from frequent illnesses, asthma, recurrent croup, poor nutrition, and weight loss. My 6 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed her session at Connected Healing. Caitria was very friendly and willing to explain (to me and my daughter) everything she was doing - making sure we were both comfortable the entire time. My daughter felt very "grown up" to be having her own acupuncture appointment, and was so excited to get her own "stickers" (as she has seen Mom wearing in the past). After leaving, she asked repeatedly when we can go back for another appointment. On the health side of things, my daughter had been fighting a nasty cold. Caitria did some therapies, sent us home with an herbal tincture, and suggested ways to help children be more okay with the taste of herbs. We were very pleased with our visit.

Caitria has been a blessing in my and my son's life. He started seeing her at just over 1 year old and her support has been invaluable since. He was so calm and cooperative with her and their interactions are so sweet. I've had the pleasure of knowing Caitria for years and watching her passion for Chinese medicine flourish into a career. When she and I first met I knew very little about nutrition and nothing about Chinese medicine i just knew I had trouble sleeping at night and I was getting a lot of migraines. The first time I ever had a treatment was for a sinus migraine. It was the worst one I've ever had but by the time I left her table I felt wonderful, no trace of the migraine. I must admit that I was extremely skeptical when I decided to visit Caitria; however, I went in with an open mind. To my amazement, I’ve seen incredible changes. I have been battling a “tickle” cough since last winter when I had Bronchitis twice. After my second acupuncture treatment, my cough was almost completely gone. I recently started having hot flashes. Since the second treatment, I have not had a single hot flash. I’ve struggled for years with terrible insomnia. I am now falling asleep sooner and waking fewer times at night. As a middle school teacher, I’ve always had a cold by the end of October. This is the first year in a long time where I still am healthy. I’m just shocked by the many things that have improved for me since my first appointment. I’ve seen Caitria a total of 4 times and am so glad I gave acupuncture a chance. Can’t say enough good about Caitria and her profession. After doing some hardcore CPR at work back in January, my hands and wrists hurt as they usually do after CPR. It continued and gradually my entire body was sore. After PT/OT, splints, and steroids, there was no change. Weeks and months went by when finally blood work revealed I actually had an autoimmune disorder which was causing my pain, exacerbated by the CPR. I had no idea! I saw a rheumatologist who put me on specific meds and more steroids... and still no help. Because I was miserable, I started looking for anything that might give me some relief. I’m a nurse and I had never tried acupuncture because, honestly, I was a skeptic. After maybe 3-4 weeks of acupuncture with Caitria, I can say I have been pain-free since October. I never knew how powerful acupuncture could be.
