I have been to Dr. Rex and his clinic several times over the years and have never had a bad experience. To the contrary ... every time I walk out of his clinic, I feel like a new person. I went last night for some tingling in my shoulder and neck. This morning so far, nothing. I advised him that I haven't been sleeping well and have been having some bad moods. Last night is the first night in I cannot remember how long that I haven't waken up every hour to hour and a half. I even slept through my alarm this morning. Sunny is always very pleasant, friendly and helpful when you walk in. And, Dr. Rex ... always spends timing to talk with you to see where you may need some improvement or where you might have some discomfort or pain or challenges. If I hadn't experienced it myself, I never would have believed that a little needle can do so much for oneself. I have been going for several years and do not see myself going anywhere else. I love to go even to just relieve stress and depression. Sunny and Dr. Rex ... I cannot thank you enough!!

I have known Dr. Tom Smith since 2016.He preceded a good doctor but he offered support in ways that the owner did not such as: I texted him on a Saturday when I knew the clinic was closed and told him I reached for something and I have so much pain in my lower back I can't stand up. He said come over to the clinic. Sunday he opened the clinic and adjusted me again after five days I was back to normal. I have been going to chiropractors for 39 years. Dr. Tom showed me I was more important than his free time. He is great at adjusting me always getting movement in my spine and neck.

Ive been seeing Danielle Geniesse, the chiropractor, for awhile for chronic shoulder and neck pain. I have been feeling wonderful! She is so professional and always very kind. She puts my needs and concerns first. She listens to what I have to say. I fully trust her. Everyone there is very nice and scheduling is very easy and accommodating.

I was having back pain. Lower back has been fused already and sure didn't want another surgery. Been working with Dr. Wade doing acupuncture which has been super successful and I am pain free. He has worked wonders for me and highly recommend him. The staff have always been great to work with getting same day reschedule for the busy life.

2 weeks ago I needed to visit the emergency room while on vacation for severe pain. The doctor had indicated sciatica / pinched nerve. The next step that he recommended was and MRI so that I could possibly get some relief from a cortisone shot. Since I was in so much pain and couldn't drive I went to a nearby acupuncture place. Heaven and Earth Acupuncture on Greenfield and Calhoun. They had me in an uncomfortable position laying on my stomach. By the time I had the needles taken out and got to the front lobby, I was in so much pain ... even more than I experienced prior to treatment. I will never go there again. I went to Acu-med where Dr. Wade Rex spent the time to discuss my pain situation and how to go about giving me some relief. I kid you not, I sat in a most comfortable recliner while he placed the needles in me. I had 10 total needles and sat for approximately 30 minutes. I honestly cannot believe it myself ... but am like 98% pain free. Not only am I physically feeling much better, but emotionally feeling more relaxed and distressed. Would I ever go to Heaven and Earth Acupuncture again? Absolutely not!! Would I go back to Acu-med and Dr. Wade Rex? You had better believe it. I will not hesitate to go back him. He is worth every penny and then some.

I first started seeing Dr Rex in about 2010 when I was looking for a way to alleviate the chronic pain of sciatica caused by the frequent herniated disks that I was experiencing. Acupuncture therapy has been very effective in helping me to manage the pain without pain meds and steroid injections. In addition, flare-ups of my sciatica have been greatly reduced. While the acupuncture helped control my pain, none of the various orthopedists, chiropractors, neurologists or physical therapists that I consulted addressed the underlying causes of my chronic pain. Then last year, Dr Danielle introduced me to x-rays and computer modeling that could show the actual structural problems with my spine. Using that as a base point she instituted a program of treatments and physical therapy designed to eliminate the structural problems. Over time current photos are uploaded to the computer model and compared to the base x-rays so that Dr Danielle can see what progress we are making in improving my structural spinal alignment and so that she can make any necessary changes in her treatment plan. I am still a work in progress, but for the first time ever I can see and feel that actual progress is being made in improving my spinal alignment. The combination of acupuncture and chiropractic treatment that I am currently receiving at Acu-Med has me consistently feeling better than I have in years.

I started treatment at Acu-Med about 10 years ago for chronic debilitating sciatic pain. The combination of regular acupuncture and chiropractic treatments initially got me through the acute pain and over the long term helped stabilize my condition. Now I experience only occasional minor sciatic flare-ups and I haven’t had to resort to cortisone injections in my back in over 7 years. More recently I have experienced right knee pain that has been initially attributed to arthritis. Despite the fact that acupuncture and chiropractic care cannot resolve the structural damage in my knee, Dr Wade has helped minimize the knee pain with targeted acupuncture treatments and Dr Tom has offered invaluable advice on physical therapy, dietary supplements and potential medical treatments. I have been a patient of Dr. Danielle for about three months and she has helped me tremendously with my neck and lower back. I also have posture issues so she is working with me to correct them. Dr. Danielle is easy to communicate with and listens to my concerns. Acu-Med is always accommodating in setting up appointments!

I initially came to Acu-med to treat my son's shoulder injury he received during his football season and after the first appointment it was very clear to me this was different than any other chiropractic experience I've seen or had myself. From the beginning there was a plan for treatment and correction. It began with the xrays and an overlay of a correct spine curvature and hip and shoulder placement. It becomes very apparent very quickly how much we needed to be there receiving treatment. The idea of posture correction to resolve reoccurring spinal issues just made sense. The close attention paid to these xrays at every adjustment assures one of an up close personal treatment plan. My son had received several injuries during his season, from neck, back, shoulder, ankle, and finger. All were able to be adjusted and he was able to compete at the same level week in and week out. Danielle is truly interested in applying her vast depth of knowledge in effort of relieving pain, regaining mobility, and returning to or living a better quality of life. We learn to live with the aches and pains we've gradually attained over time. I encourage all to put ones self first and visit the Acu-med team and you will see and feel,first-hand, the difference it will make in your life.

Been coming here for 5 years. Started with so many Chronic Pain issues we didn't know where to begin. Dr Rex used his skills to determine to treatment plan to alleviate many issues and make living with Chronic pain much more manageble. I feel my quality of life has improved 10 fold with his and his staffs help. (UPDATED) Dr Danielle is a wondeful Chiropractor. Gonstead methodolgy is working wonders for me. Both services combined keep me at 49 feeling 49 not 84 ... like I did when I first started treatments. Addictive pain meds were not an option and he helped with minimal use of medications I chose to try from other doctors. Alternative Medicine is the best long term solution for this Military Veteran.

The staff is very friendly and caring and Dr. Wade Rex and Dr Danielle have helped various issues I’ve had including carpel tunnel, neck and hip pain and foot pain. Also, I was treated for tinnitus and have noticed the ringing has decreased! Their skills and methods are excellent!

If you go to Acu-Med Integrative Medicine for Chiropractic care, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Tom. He will give you as much information as you would like, and is very knowledgable about chiropractic care and how the body functions! He has even worked with the Olympic track team! He has been helping me manage chronic neck and back pain from postural disfunction. Additionally he can give you exercises that will help correct these, whether you perform them or not is up to you, but Dr. Tom will give you all the tools including the chiropractic adjustments which help your body to function at it's best level.

I've Been a patient here for the last 3 years and I absolutely love it. I have a lot of annoying chronic pain from playing sports over the years. I initially went because of a sore shoulder and sore lower back. You do need to be on a treatment plan for it to be completely effective though. After a while the pain really subsided and I can continue to play at a reasonably high level with no issues. The one thing I didn't forsee was how good I feel right after my treatments. When I walk out of the clinic I seriously feel like taking on the world, I feel so energized and ready to go. Sunae is wonderful, kind and extremely knowledgeable as is Dr. Wade. If I miss a treatment for whatever reason I can definitely feel it. Love it!!

I have had migraines for 25 yrs. I would take Imatrex to get rid of them. This is a very power medication and my internist told me that if I continue to take 13-14 per month, yes, that's how many migraines I would get a month, I would have a heart attack. So I had to try something different . I have heard about Acupuncture, but never tried it. I decide to try it 3 yrs ago, and I am now migraine FREE! In the beginning I went 3 xs per week for txs, then it gradually worked its way to once per month for maintenance! I swear by Acupunture! I only use Dr. Rex Wade, because he makes me feel comfortable and keeps my migraines away. I have had many other ailments that he has resolved also, dry eyes, arthritis, shoulder pain, car accident trama, knee pain, neck pain, insomnia, anxiety, colds, asthma, etc. You gotta try Wade!!
