The owner, Robert, is unbelievably skilled. He has so much experience and is a great teacher as well. He treated my trauma, mood, and anxiety after my mom died, along with all the physical ailments that come along with that level of stress. If you're considering acupuncture, go to him.

This place is amazing! My daughter had a high ankle sprain from basketball and her ankle was sore and swollen for months. We went to Meridian and Rob did one session of acupuncture and fixed her ankle immediately! She walked out of the office without limping and the swelling was instantly gone. She could immediately play basketball again! It sounds crazy, but it was amazing! My daughter was very nervous and Rob made the experience relaxing and funny for her.

I've been receiving acupuncture and herbs from Colby Helton for the last few months and it's been making a world of a difference. He is incredibly knowledgeable about acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and he has great technique so the acupuncture is a comfortable and relaxing experience. I've know Robert and his team for many years, and can tell you they're are the best Louisville has to offer. As a fellow TCM practitioner, I'm extremely particular about who treats me, my family, and my friends. When my family in Kentucky needs acupuncture or herbal medicine, this is where I send them. Period.

I was very skeptical of going here for my back muscle issue, but after a Doctor told me to give it a shot, I decided to make a visit. After the second visit my pain was practically gone! I did the hot cupping method. Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. My HSA covered it, which was a plus. Will definitely go back if my issues come up again. My back was hurting for 6 months and nothing was helping. I still can’t believe that this was all I needed. I was wanting MRI’s, Xrays, and/or surgery if needed. So glad I didn’t waste my money on all of that!

I hope more people turn to Meridian as a part of their daily healthcare maintenance, not just when something goes wrong. I touch base with Robert weekly, and he is always tweaking and adjusting my care based on our conversations. That's something really unique, that you just can't find anywhere. I could write a novel. I'll try and keep it short. For 7 months my son endured testing (Cat scan, upper GI, ultrasound, MRI, ECHO, Xrays, several rounds of bloodwork, 3 neurologists, a cardiologist, Gastroenterologist, pediatrician, physical therapy at two places, the list goes on...) and more pills than I want to list. He had severe and constant vertigo, GI Issues, stabbing stomach pains, chest pains, headaches and chronic fatigue. He was given the generic diagnosis of "autonomic dysfunction" and told he would just have to outgrow it... maybe. I read online that some people had luck with acupuncture for vertigo (that was his worst symptom). I called three places - Robert at Meridian was the only one who took the time to talk to me. After being treated by Robert for 2 months, my son no longer has constant vertigo, no chest pains, no GI issues, no stabbing stomach pains or chronic fatigue. Words cannot express my gratitude. It is very scary to have your child sick and have no one who can help - regardless of how many trips to the hospital, various doctors and testing. Robert gave him his life back and has my eternal gratitude!!! He has the knowledge and a compassionate heart. To say I highly recommend them would be a huge understatement.
