Dr. Lok healed me when I tore my mpfl. I was not sure that full recovery was possible for me when I discovered Dr. Lok. He introduced me to prolotherapy. His treatments sped my recovery. He reduced my pain to nothing and I have full range of motion in my joint. It has been 3 years since my last treatment. My left knee works as perfectly as it did before my injury.

I sent my Dad for treatment today. From the reception to Dr. Lok, the team is very friendly and professional. My father could not receive treatment today due to having excessive high blood pressure. This demonstrates that Lok’s Accupuncture clinic is not about just making money, they are about providing health support that is safe. We will be back as soon as i get my father’s BP under control.

I had crushed 5th and 7th nerve in my face which gave me the appearance of Bell’s Palsy. 4 months of this and seeing neurologists and other doctors, I was recommended to see Dr. Lok. After the first appointment, I started to have twitching in my lip and within 1 month of treatment, I had 90% of all my movements. I highly recommend Dr Lok

I don't understand the negative reviews because I had an amazing experience every visit. I was recommended this place by one of my family members and I was not disappointed. I went to Dr Peter Lok with my hurting hip, most likely sciatica, and after a few visits the pain went from 9 to 2 or nothing! I forgot how it feels to be walking around or going to bed with no pain. It worked miracles for me. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming at the office. They always answered any questions I had. Unfortunately they don't take my insurance so my first visit was $125 and every follow up was $75. I'm more than happy i went to this place and got acupuncture for my hip because I live pain free now!

I saw Dr. Peter Lok a few times and he drastically decreased the inflammation in my shoulder with his acupuncture techniques. I need to schedule an appointment with him soon! I’ve been seeing Dr. Henry Lok for two years now. I am so grateful for the reduction of pain and tension in my body every time I leave the office. Dr. Henry Lok is very kind and he really listens to what your concerns are about your body. I go before or after I do any strenuous activity (long car rides, snowboarding, kayaking, etc.) that might inflame or un-align my body. Cynthia is very in tune with the tense areas in your body and she gives the best massages to decrease lactic acid build up in my muscles. Thank you Dr. Lok for helping me to feel comfortable and pain free!

I went here for Anxiety. I heard such great things about acupuncture really helping. The female assistants are really nice and make sure you're comfortable. The doctor comes in and is friendly but kinda makes you feel bad about yourself, unknowing? I let me him know about my anxiety and he just pushed it off like it was not a big deal. I was truly suffering if I was coming to his office to have needles stuck in my skin. The techs adjust the electrodes so they're not irritating and then leave you to relax. The doctor will peek in to add more needles and that would be the last time you see him. He inserts needles and disappears lol. I left confused because I wasn't sure how long I was supposed to do this. They just kept booking weekly appointments. Guess until I feel like it was working? Well I stopped going after 4 sessions. I saw the bruising all over my skin and it made my anxiety worse. Then the soreness in certain areas like my head from the needles that went there. I was done... it was making me feel worse... But I tried it at least..

Just wanted to say Dr Henry Lok and Cynthia are fabulous!! Very knowledgeable and caring. They spend time with you and don’t rush you. I like how they blend holistic with modern day medicine. I am glad I found them and they are worth the drive as I far from their office. This is a safe place to be honest about your pain.

Went to Dr. Lok for relief of osteoarthritis pain. Before I began acupuncture treatments I could not stand or walk for longer than a half-hour due to hip pain. My forefoot pain wakened me at night. I also couldn't sit for very long due to pain in my spine. My thumbs and forefinger were so sore that I had difficulty cutting veggies and preparing food. I was overall fairly crippled and limited in my activities. After 8 or 9 treatments I now have my life back. I can walk for an hour without pain, stand for a couple of hours for cooking, and engage in the physical activities I enjoy. For the first 3 treatments I didn't experience much relief of pain, although, gratefully, I started sleeping deeply and well. You have to sign a paper stating that you understand that your symptoms my get worse before they get better. This was true for me. After 3 treatments I was starting to lose faith. At my fourth treatment Dr. Lok said benefits begin depending on how long it takes your body to respond to treatment. From the fourth treatment on, I got markedly better. And each treatment after that gave exponential improvement. Not only was there relief of pain, but other benefits accrued. My complexion cleared up. I gained in overall energy so that I began feeling more vibrant and energetic than I had in a long time. I have had acupuncture treatments from probably 20 acupuncturists over the decades. Dr. Lok is definitely the master of them all. If you fear acupuncture because you hate “needles", acupuncture needles are not like shots or sewing needles; they’re flexible and very fine. Treatments do not hurt. You're aware of the entry of the needles, but it's not a sensation of pain; it doesn’t hurt. I find acupuncture treatments to be relaxing.

I use to think that acupuncturists were overrated even though I've never been to one, but Dr. Lok has been the only physician that has been able to get rid of my left arm and upper back intense pain. Pain meds, massages, tennis balls and pain block creams did not help. Laying down all day on my back was a bit of relief. But I couldn't do that, since I have to go to work, etc. Dr. Lok has kept the pain away . I've been going to him for about 3 weeks 3 times a week. First 2 visits I was able to think normally. Thank You Dr. Lok saved my busy life!!!!!

10+ Dedicated, Determined to get me walking again. Henry Lok takes Medicare and was able to get me walking and kicking again so I could swim daily in the ocean in Maui. He has an excellent Massage Therapist. He and his staff work diligently with acupuncture accuracy to relieve pain and inflammation in my neck, TMJ, back, knees, shins and feet. Plantar fasciitis is gone and the pain I’ve had is melting down thru my feet. Miracle Worker!!

A decade after back surgery, I began to feel the excruciating pain in my back, legs, and hips again. Instead of punishing myself with medication, unnecessary and numerous appointments with 3 to 4 different specialists, and eventually another surgery, I chose acupuncture treatments. I felt relief after the first treatment. I cannot recommend his office enough. Dr. Lok is very experienced and very gentle.

Dr. Lok is amazing, he is the best at what he does and he really cares about getting you better! His staff is great and they are flexible with scheduling. I go for migranes, neck/back pain and eye pain. The acupuncture has helped so much and the pain and migranes are almost gone after a couple visits. I highly recommend it and will continue to see Dr. Loc for a long time, it feels so good after getting treatment.

I have worked with Dr. Lok for a few years on a few tricky health issues that eluded other docs, both western and eastern. Dr. Lok is a fountain of knowledge and patience -- never hesitates to take time to answer my questions even in the midst of his crazy schedule. He's tailored his treatments to my health constraints, and really listened. I found Dr. Lok after walking out of a few-day "stay" at Sunrise Hospital, where l received horrible care and no solutions. Instead of drugging up for $600.00+ a month simply to control symptoms -- the western specialists' solution -- l went to Dr. Lol and started seeing improvement in my actual health. A lot cheaper, too!! Thank you, Dr. Lok! Btw, if you want to see the difference between night and day, deal with Dr. Lok's staff and compare to the terrible treatment you get in Dr's offices around Las Vegas. You'll choose Dr. Lok's office, hands down.

DR. LOK AND HIS STAFF ROCK!!!!! I started writing this as soon as I got home fro his office this AM. I rarely write reviews but I had to share this. I have been to many acupuncturists over the years but this time I was in severe pain. My entire lower back was spasming and I fell to the ground in my bathroom at home. I called before they opened trying to get lucky and asked if I could come in right away explaining how much pain I was in and that I could barely walk. Kay said to come on in and it was 7:15, they dont open until 7:30. Kay is the best! The spams stopped for a while but the car ride over made me tight. I was fine when I arrived at his office but then the spams hit as I walked to my room. I went down like Joe Frazier. Kay who works up front and the nurses there were the best! I was literally on the ground grunting/groaning in pain. They helped me up, got me a chair, and let me sit in the hallway until I felt ok to move into the room. I wasnt cured when I left but the spams were far less frequent, far less severe, and if I stood still long enough feeling one coming on the spasms would subside. I went from an 11 on 1-10 of pain to a 7 in about 15 mins. As I write this about 2 hours later I feel a bit tight but no major spasms. THANKS DR LOK AND STAFF!!!!

I have Fibromyalgia and he helps a great deal. I was afraid of going to see an acupuncture doctor because I thought it would hurt. Not the case with doctor Lok. He makes pain go away.

Well my 2nd review for Dr Lok and I should make more review because this Dr is a gift for me and my family, I put the last review that he is not all about the $$ but helpful to all your needs, I give thanks to Almighty God our savior that we found Dr Lok, I will always recommend Dr Lok to all my Family and friend’s.

the high ratings of this place is absolutely true. just give them a call and give your insurance info and they will call you back to tell you of they accept it. i wish i found this place earlier.
