She approaches health in a holistic way , always helping me to understand the cause of my illness, and giving me tools to get better. I always leave her office feeling much better, not only physically but also emotionally. She is a true healer.

Sharon is a highly skilled and personable Pilates instructor. Her classes go by quickly because she keeps it interesting and tuned to the skill level of the participants so it isn’t intimidating but a great workout every time. I highly recommend this practice.

A former modern dancer, she is no stranger to injuries and offers variations of exercises to accommodate your needs best. I especially like that we do fewer reps and more varying exercises.
